FirefixTM OEM for iPhone 6S and 6S Plus Home Button with Flex Cable Key Assembly

This has been installed and working in my iPhone 6s Plus for about 4 months now - no issues. I was really afraid that it's installment may hurt the phone somehow since it's a third party product and not apple worker would tell me whether or not a third party button would work (although maybe that was a good sign). Nonetheless i went ahead and installed it (very easy if you've already replaced a screen, might take awhile if you're a beginner) and it works great. Of course, the fingerprint scanner doesn't work, but that was to be expected.

Has a firmer click to it, which is nice. The chip isn’t paired to the phone so the fingerprint scanner won’t work obviously.

The button didn’t work at first, but after a couple days it decided to work and hasn’t broken. Overall, it’s a great product.

After installing this part the home button for the iPhone did not work for Touch ID. I get a message "Failed unable to complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again" I tried all I can and I am experiences in doing such install. I am disappointed and wasted my time in trying to get this issue rectified. Finally I tried to get a refund for this device without having to ripe the phone open and send the part back and the refund was rejected. Do not buy and do not waste your time buying and installing this part.

Easy fix, works great-just doesn't work with ID touch cause it's not apple made but who cares, home button works! no more assist touch

This home button is not made by apple. It will only work as a home button when you are pressing it. It’s fully functional, but the Touch ID sensor it seems to have is cosmetic only. So your fingerprint reader will not work.

This was a great purchase. Months later and the button is still rockin and rollin. We are very happy and it was easy to install.

Nice took 5 mins replace. FYI fingerprint won’t work no matter what button you order. It’s a Apple safety thing.
