Very cute and worth the buy
Super cute! I started with the black and I’ll definitely be buying more of these. I am an 8-10 normally and ordered a large. The fit is a little bigger than expected, but the fold over waist band makes it so that doesn’t matter. I also purchased the white in these and the fit is very different. They’re huge and way too long, but they also look like someone wore and returned them, so I’ll be sending them back. Just a note, the white is definitely more of a cream/off-white than a true, which is also not what I wanted.Regardless, I want to buy more of these for vacation because they seem really comfy and, as another reviewer said, can also work as maternity pants.

Terrible fit and weak fabric
I almost never write bad reviews, but these are the worst pants I have ever purchased. I read the full Q&A and multiple positive and negative reviews before purchasing these pants. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are on-point. Problem #1 was the fit and sizing. Erring on the side of caution knowing sizes often run small from sellers such as this, I took the advice of other customers and purchased 2 sizes up in order to have a loose, comfortable fit. This was not the case. The waistband is useless and too lengthy. It has no tension or strength, and droops after only a short time of wear. There is not enough actual pant at the waist. The length of the pant leg was actually great (I am 6’ tall), but the fit was tight in the hip area initially and quite loose everywhere else. (Very odd fit, and I likely would not have been able to wear them at all had I purchased a smaller size.) That leads to problem #2. The fabric was exceptionally weak around the crotch area. I wore the pants to work (office job, nothing strenuous) and after approximately 3.5 hours of wear, the fabric had ripped open in the crotch area and the fabric continued to rip further horizontally across the rear throughout the day, and not even on a seam! It was as if the fabric was practically disintegrating and shredding! The pants also became otherwise so loose throughout the day that I literally had to tie something around my waist to (a) cover the ripped fabric and (b) hold up the pants. I came home and immediately requested a refund. Think twice before purchasing these pants!

which I like, a little loose though
Giving 4 stars because I would buy another pair. I am 5'11 and 5 months pregnant. These are long, which I like, a little loose though. I would like to wear these after I am pregnant so when and if I order more of these, I'd go with a small. My biggest complaint would be that my order arrived a week late- and only one pair came. I messaged seller about my Cocoa colored ones. The invoice doesn't say anything about a back order... so it looks like to me that I've given them $27.00 and am suppose to receive no product for it. Augh, just a headache. I do like the pants, they are comfortable... will have to watch what kind of undies I wear under these ones. I imagine other colors won't be as see through. With black underwear and these taupe pants, you can tell I am wearing darker underwear that has a little bit of texture to them. So I'd where something light or thongish with this color to avoid underwear lines. These pants are a little thin but they are very comfortable. Definitely go with a small if you are in a size 12 pants or less I'd say. So in spite of the shipping mess- and even the light fabric, I think many woman would like these pants actually. I bought these for something dressy to wear while I am pregnant and I'll wear them for many occasions which is why I want more pairs. They are better than wearing scrubs or pj pants in some instances. ;)

Nice pants but read notes on sizing
Original review 3/31/18 - I read a ton of reviews before ordering these and seems like there are a lot of contradictions - folks who say it was too small and others who found the waist band slips. Here's my experience. I wear an M/L, and ordered an S. It's a perfect snug fit right out of the bag - comfortable when I sit, but isn't going to slip down. I haven't worn it yet for a whole day, so I can't say if it will stretch out. Which size you buy will depend on two things - how you want it to fit and your body shape. If you're looking for typical loose linen pants, I'd keep away from this one and look for one with an actual closure (buttons or drawstring). The waist band on these is a stretchy piece of jersey fabric - it will only hold up if stretched enough. Secondly, if you have heavy hips and thighs, these are not ideal. The width of the pants at the hips/top of the thighs is pretty average but the waist band is larger than average. It will work a lot better for straighter figures or like me, if you have wide but high hips. This allows the waist band to stretch more and hold in place better. For reference, my hips measure 40" and the S fits.Color - I bought white and while it is very slightly see-through, it's not bad at all. Wear nude thongs or boyshorts and you'll be fine. I have tan skin and you can't really tell. Finally, the length - the S size is exactly 32" inseam. I'm 5'5" and have 31-32 inseam, and these are great.Update 6/1/18 - I've had the chance to wear this a few times now, including for a whole day. The reviewers who mentioned stretching are right - it stretches a LOT after a few hours of wear, sitting, standing etc. Both the stretchy waist as well as the linen part loosened up. I found I could no longer keep the pants up without constant tugging, so I wore a white belt at the hip. It's not ideal since there are no belt loops, but it does work for a while. It's better suited for a couple of hours, not a full day of wear. Docking another star for the stretch issues.
