The good:Comfortable fit for my big head and huge ears. The included large fins, foam and silicon ear tips fit snug and prevent them from falling out.The bad:The g*##@&^ batteryI've had this set of X3's for 4 days, and the battery is barely managing to hold a charge for 2.5 hours. I've charged them multiple times using the charge cable that came with them, and trying a different one I had, on different appliances (computer, smart-amp wall outlet, etc.) and the battery consistently dies at the 2.5 hour mark. I uninstalled the jaybird app (contains a mixer and base boost) and am going to see if that makes a remarkable difference... for whatever reason it would.The ugly:There's other sellers that have the X3 for $30 that I didn't see initially. Feel like I got scammed, but that's mostly on me for not shopping around more.Other thoughts:Years ago I got some X2s, and those were great. They held up under gallons of sweat in 107°F Texas heat, regardless of bicycling, running, hiking, or rain. The battery lasted every bit of the advertised 8 hours. After they finally broke, I went from one pair of cheap Bluetooth headphones to another. I finally decided to treat myself to something I thought would last and sound great. Disappointed in what I got. Maybe these are a dud. I'll try a few more things before I return them.

Lots of tip options included. Funky charge setup. Not a fan cause need special dongle to charge (Included).Sounds is better than anything in this price range and have lived up to water proof rating.Look, there is no perfect product in this price range, so I say go for it; buy these.

The sound is a bit tinny.I listen to music and online books for hours each day.

When I received the first set I ordered I charged them for about four hours before light turned green indicating full charge. Pared with my phone and it played for about three minutes and shut off saying battery needed charging. Recharged overnight and same thing happened again. Returned that set and was sent a second set. I charged the second set overnight and red light never turned green. I tried to pare with my phone and couldn’t even get the unit to turn on. Very frustrating.

Great buy. Ear buds could be better. They fall off easily . Other than that, totally worth it .

The sound is great.Battery life is a lot less than 8 hours, that really disapoints me.

It is a good product. Very useful for anyone who is on call the whole day long

I actually was prepared to order a second one because of the quality of the sound, but definitely a problem with charging. After fully charged playing time is less than a minute then it says battery low charge me.

The shipping was super fast however, the headphones would not turn on. Tried charging using different outlets. The charge light comes on but doesn't go green to indicate it would be fully charged. The on button is unresponsive. Also, I've been unable to find a button to raise this issue. The only option I can see is to return the item but looks like they won't refund the $20 shipping if I do. Best outcome would be a replacement please.

Well made and top quality sound at a bargain in regard to the big brands.
