These seeds have been a huge success. They started to flower in May or June and are still flowering. I just wish I’d spread them out a bit better as I’d had some bulbs dying back and some existing poppies which I didn’t want to disrupt.A big success and I’ll be adding another packet to cover the whole area next year.Great value for money, easy to grow once the area is prepared (prep is easy considering everything is written in the instructions but not so for me as I have bluebells primroses and daffodils planted for spring colour!) love this product. Lovely flowers, easy to grow, just need a lot of watering each day. Pops of colour with the poppys were stunning. So happy with how they came out.Think we sowed too many seeds in the space we had so follow the recommended amount for square footage as we doubled it and it was too dense. They also grew taller than we thought they were going to and when it pelted it down with rain one night it flattened them onto our pathway (couldn’t see the path at all after that). So if you’re worried about that maybe put a little fence around it so they don’t fall down or pick seeds that are for shorter flowers.All in all really happy with them

Arrived within stated delivery time. Simply but very adequately packaged with clear labelling. That is, no over elaborate or OTT packing. Ordered 50g and weight received including plastic bag was 60g, so weight of actual seeds probably exceeds that advertised. Overall I'm very pleased, however 2 small points to consider. The recommended sowing date is Apr-June and as we are now in Sept. I can't plant the seeds until next year so I will not be able to provide any comments on the success of growing the seeds for about another 9 mnths. To be fair to the seller this is stated on the online advert so my own fault for not reading more carefully. However, suggest the point could be highlighted to assist in ordering at a more appropriate time of the year. The instructions on the packet include. "...cover the seeds in a well prepared seed bed........". However, being no budding horticulturalist I would have liked a clearer explanation of what is a "well prepared seed bed" & planting position e.g. sunny, shady, anywhere etc.. Explanations I found on other web sites seem over elaborate. I would have scored the product at 4.5 stars if that choice had been available. Incidentally one of the rate features provided by Amazon is "Warmth", but I've no idea what that means in terms of seeds. So, overall seems to be a pretty good product, but I'll need to come back next year with some comments about how well the seeds grew in my garden.

I bought this mix 2 years ago now and it's evolved over those years .... I still have little surprises.. last year we had Chicory come up which looked amazing. Going into our 3rd year I'm looking forward to whats coming... highly recommend.

I bought these for my great granddaughter to plant in my garden so that we could have a wild flower patch . Unfortunately she went off and planted them herself , she spread them thickly on a rough patch of soil . I raked soil over them and thought that was that .Now , after about a moth we have a whole bed of wildflowers , they’re not in flower yet but they look very green and healthy even though they are very close together . Hopefully we’ll soon have flowers too .Very happy x

These are easy growing and colourful --- but these seeds are from US and particularly Californian flowers!! The heading for this item is clearly deceitful because these are not UK wild flowers but Americal ones and while they will be attractive to some insects you will definitely not be helping UK biodiversity with these. The are not British wild flowers and you will not get a British wild flower meadow. Hence they are poor value and I imagine most people buying these are like me, and have been fooled!

Very few actual flowers have grown, mostly an abundance of tall grass and sticky weed (cleavers?). Most worrying though is that there are several very tall plants that my iPhone app has identified as poison hemlock. My neighbours, who know more about plants than I do, agree with the app and, like me, are not at all happy that this plant has been introduced into my garden. I need to dispose of these plants safely (if possible) before our grandchildren and their pets go near them.
