Maybe there is just a bad batch of them out there right now
I have to agree with the other reviewer. These are just defective. I have a number of Subarus and can verify that it's not that it's the wrong part, it's manufactured with the holes in the wrong position. I think the bolt circle dimension is off. Maybe there is just a bad batch of them out there right now, but I'm returning these rather than exchanging them. I guess I get OEM ones.

Mounting holes do not line up!!
I bought these for a 2004 Subaru Forester. The mounting holes don't line up! It's a good thing that the garage where I am having the work done caught it before it the hub was pressed back in. Bought these in Feb 2017, just having the work done now, so too late to return. Not happy!

They didn't fit right.
Holes didn't match had to modify them to make them work and I had scratched them so I couldn't return it so I made it work

Fit perfect
Fit perfect. Well made. Checked the subaru parts website to confirm the part# matched exactly before ordering. Some of the other negative reviews call for a different part#, so not surprised they didn't fit. Factory backers are $160/each - so this is a deal.

I wasted an afternoon trying to get these to work
To be fair to Amazon, I purchased a set of these from RockAuto.com, not Amazon. To be fair to anyone else thinking about buying them, I had a HELL of a time getting them to fit. The four boles holes that are pre-drilled in these back plates DO NOT line up with the holes they need to on the knuckle; a couple of them were off by almost an 1/8th of an inch. In order for me to get them to fit I had to drill with the biggest drill bit that I had, ream with a tapered 3/4" reamer for awhile then file with a round file until I finally did it. I wasted an afternoon trying to get these to work. I suppose a larger, more aggressive round file would've made things go easier but I was stranded with a non-driveable vehicle and didn't have access to one. Although the only alternative to these was twice as expensive, if I was anxious to get the job done I would buy a different brand next time.

do not purchase
Spent, more like wasted 3 hours trying to get bolts to thread in this so called oem dust cover, had to pulled it off and drill out with 1/2 inch bit in order for it to line up on the axel. If you do not have time to burn and don't want to go through frustrating unnecessary extra work keep looking and DO NOT BUY THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!

Great quality, OEM fit
Same quality if not better than the original factory plates. Very heavy manufacturing and good paint protection.
