Carb Intercept with Phase 2 120 Veg Capsules

Good fiber source, for my fussy GI tract. No idea whether it helps with "carb absorbtion" but it DOES help with digestive comfort. I've taken it for several years, 2x per day, and I notice if I skip it.

I like these. I eat healthy, but every once in a while, I like a cheat meal. These pills seem to help metabolize them more easily and I never gain as much as I think I will, when I use them. Mind you, I eat right and exercise, so these are not an excuse to pack face.I'm glad to have these and I really trust Natrol. Also, Phase two are the ones without the caffeine in them, which I don't need. I will definitely buy these again.

First let me say that I am Mexican, so you should know that we eat a lot of carbs, a lot! I have been using this product for about 7 years and it has worked for me. At the beginning I lost about 15lbs, now it's just weight management my weight has not changed since. Also I am older 43, most people start gaining weight. Great product and price!

I have been using this since 2004. I take 2 before a high-carb meal. You have be sensible about your diet, and this will be a great addition.

I do not believe it helps in any way. I would not buy it again.

Don't know yet if it's working but it arrived quickly and was as expected.
