Fits perfectly and works well. But the reason I got it is because my cat was having the type of seizure where her eyes would go big and she'd stare and twitch with each keystroke. A couple of times, it's escalated into a full-blown typical seizure. I noticed that my she didn't respond to my roommate's keyboard typing the same way. I hoped that the cover would reduce the noise. While it has a little, I think it's lowered the pitch enough that I haven't had the seizure problem so far. I know this is an odd reason, but want to type this review in case others are experiencing the same problem.

It isn't a perfectly snug fit over the edges of every key, however, the Toshiba Satellite 855D keyboard is designed in such a way that the keys sink into the unit, unlike Chiclet keys. Nevertheless, this skin will protect the keyboard from dirt, dust and pet dander. I love the company that makes these, and have also bought a skin for my HP Stream 13, which does have Chiclet Keys, and the skin fits perfectly!

I received this as of January 24th and it said it would not be delivered till 2/4. So that a huge plus, but not including the extra white silicone cover i got in my package. So i'm very happy with this purchase. I ordered the Semitransparent pink. it fits the keys nicely, it doesn't slide but does stick out a bit.Please do be patient on your package arriving. It is shipped by air from Hong Kong.

I spend a lot of time at the computer, and eat and drink there as well. This keyboard protector isn't an option, it's a necessity! I also prefer the softer feel as I type as compared to the plastic surface of the keys. Protectors have saved me from disaster more than once. This protector is a perfect fit and one of my best friends!!! This particular cover does not adhere to the keyboard, it hugs it. I always have a problem typing on a laptop keyboard, but this seems to help. Probably the softer feel as opposed to the plastic of the actual keys.

This was purchased for my brother who has a newer Satellite from Staples. I have a silicone keyboard cover on my L855D, and put it on his keyboard to try out the size. It lined up nearly perfectly, so we purchased this case from Amazon. It fits great, and is easy to type with. The only difference from my case and his (this new cover) is that his is transparent between the letters, where as mine is all black. My older cover is also stretching a bit, but is no big deal for me. I recommend this cover.

It's perfect! Love the color and it's very durable. It fits my Toshiba Satellite S855. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the price. I paid around the same price for a pack of 3 before purchasing this. Other than that it's great, definitely recommend :)

When ordering this keyboard cover I was a little nervous because I have a Toshiba Satellite C55D-A5208 and it was not listed. I looked at the pictures and it looked like a perfect match. When in checkout I saw that it was coming from China and was disapointed that I would have to wait a while. It had shipped the next day and was delivered in 10 days! I would definitely recommend to anyone with these laptops.

This laptop cover protects my keys from getting oils and other particles down inside of the keyboard. It's great for when you're typing and eases the sound of the clicks as you type, meanwhile providing a smooth, flat-like surface. I've had no problems with the keyboard cover, and although it just lays atop the keys, it's still a great and handy investment for those who are on the computer a lot.
