Very sharp camera

Works well
I use these cameras to record driving videos, my main gripe is the audio seems to clip a lot easier than other cameras mounted on the windshield.

Good camera while it lasts
Camera worked pretty good for about a year with very light use. Video and images are ok and the audio doesn't sound too bad without the case on. The app is a little buggy but does what it supposed. Liked the camera up until it stopped turning on one day. Tried plugging it in, bought new batteries and a charger, nothing worked and the camera is dead. Reached out to seller asking for help diagnosing the problem and they never responded. Decent action camera while it lasts with terrible customer service.

I would of given 4 stars if the sound of of worked.
The camera’s Audio did not work and was disappointed in that. The video quality looks really good.

I used it three days，everything is good. But it cannot boot after charging when I last used it. So I request return it. I do not know the reason.

SJCAM SJ8 PRO 4K IS A WINNER!
A+ Positive experience! Have had the SJCAM SJ8 PRO 4K for about a week and have run a few tests. High level, this unit is quite impressive thus far. Quality and performance are solid. I cant wait to feature this camera in my next fishing video soon to be uploaded to youtube and shared here once complete. While the SJ8 PRO audio is good I did order the external mic, extra batteries, and a case so I have the full SJCAM package!

Good camera
Like the quality hate battery life. I know of cellphone batteries have a long life cameras should be able to have some too.

Underwater housing failed
I purchased a SJ8 pro camera to use for scuba diving. Charged and tested the battery and took a few videos to test the cam. Everything seemed fine. The first time I used it underwater the housing leaked somewhere between the surface and 20 meters depth, ruining the camera. The housing is rated for 30 meters. It doesn't matter the quality of the chip set or sensor, the video quality or stabilization if the housing provided to protect the camera fails. Definitely would NOT recommend this camera if you plan on using it for any water sport.
