NEOVA Illuminating Eye Therapy 4.0, 0.5 Fl Oz

I love the Neova Illuminating Eye Therapy, the only thing I would change would be the way that it is dispensed. After about half way thru the product the pump stops pumping the fluid out, but the copper in the product is great for the skin and I am definitely a believer! The product arrived as specified (I have used it before) and was on time- As I stated earlier my only issue is with the manufacturing of the product.

I've been using this once to twice daily for about 6 weeks or so. It tightens, lifts, and smooths the undereye area very well and is the first product I've tried that works to diminish early morning eye puffiness. After applying this and letting it absorb for about 10 minutes, I then apply Boots 7 primer. My undereye concealer goes on much smoother and I don't have to use nearly as much. I don't know if the lifting effects are temporary or if my skin will improve over time with use, but I do know that it has definitely improved the overall crepiness. I don't expect miracles from potions and creams, but I am very happy with this product and will continue to use.

My aesthetic-an recommend this in her quarterly news letter, so I decided to 1) give it try 2) the price was great!!Very disappointed because my skin usually responds to Neova products. I would of settle for even softer lines-I sawno improvement after two weeks. Used the remaining on face and neck at least my skin felt softer

I started using this product line about 6 weeks ago. I am just over 50 years old and starting to have significant wrinkles and bag under my eyes and skin in general. The face DNA cream is amazing. I thought I'd try the eye cream. Unfortunately, it has a faulty pump system. I only got two applications out of a tube that cost approximately 30 dollars. I can say the two applications I used felt amazing and had a great look under makeup. Very porcelain finish. However, because of the pump defaulted system I will not buy this again.

LOVE this product very much! I've used & tried many many eye area creams, serums, lotions etc over the years...but this is the best! Absorbs very nicely into the eyelid area and under eye area as well....and decently priced! My eye shadow & other make up products glide on easily after giving the Illuminating Eye Therapy just a few moments to absorb. No waxy or sticky residue left behind. Very good in restoring a well hydrated appearance to eye area which frequently shows signs of aging first! Great product! Will buy again!Negs: My complaint: -2 for problems with the way the product leaks all over. The tube it comes in does not stay "air tight" and has leaked out the cream product where the pump cap joins the body of the tube making it difficult to pump out the product and wasting product as well...I had this happen with the last 3 tubes of this product so I end up having to break open the tube and fish for the cream...I don't like having to do that and this is a defect in the container that must be corrected. Considerable product packaging defect.

This is a great eye cream. It really does help under eye circles. However, I absolutely hate the packaging. The pump stopped working after a few days and then the package started to leak. I had to put the product in a different container. This irked me for the price. I still recommend the product, but buyer beware of the packaging. The company should do something about this.

I use it every day and really like it. Packaging can sometimes be a problem: make sure to leave it standing on the cap, and do not squeeze the tube. Dispense it with the spray end pointed down at the floor because there is no straw inside, only a hole at the dispenser end. When no more will come out, cut off the end and dip in for more (keep the opened tube in a baggie. They really need to get this packaging issue fixed because they have a great product.

This is the 3rd time I purchased this item. Softens the area and feels good applying it. Seems to smooth and tighten the skin for a while. Can't say for sure if it has long-term benefits any more than a petroleum product would.
