Great customer service................. *****I bought one for my daughter for xmas with her name. saving Christmas with her papa. What I got was a cover with her name. And inside the book was hayes and another boy tractors saving the day. Sooo glad I decided to look b4 wrapping. If it would have been the right name and story even the thinness of the book wouldn't have bothered me. Save ur self the trouble.

They are very cute, with short stories. Some of the books you are able to also include a friend/relative name, which I would like to see more, as I consider these keepsakes.
