BullGuard Internet Security 2020 for all Windows PC's, MACs and Android - NEW & Existing Customers

I’ve used BullGuard PC internet security for the last 4-5 years. The security pack itself is really good and always has been but I’m very disappointed with service and installation. I buy it separately each year as it’s much cheaper. BullGuard encourage you to renew for 4-5 times the price of buying it separately. So obviously I buy it separately each time from Amazon. Because of this the process to install becomes more difficult. You have to uninstall it first as it won’t always recognise the new licence key as it hasn’t been bought through the automatic renewal on BullGuard. Same thing happened just this week. Error code came up, tried to use online chat from PC and phone and IPad and it wouldn’t work. Emailed them for support but by the time I got a reply I’d managed to sort it out myself. So disappointed with this lengthy needless process and slow customer tech support. Won’t be renewing with them next year for these reasons.

The original Bullguard vendor wanted £37.95 to renew my annual subscription, when I said that was a bit stiff they wouldn't move (even though they did quite readily last year) and said talk to Bullguard. Bullguard said that's the price they charge, although they have no control over what third-party vendors want to charge for Bullguard's own product (???) when I mentioned that this purchase would save me £20. So this is what I bought.The licence key comes in the post, and all you do is type it into the Licence Key space in Bullguard Settings, click Activate and you're done. And the time remaining from your original subscription is automatically credited. And that's literally all there is to it.Brilliant.

I have used bullguard for years and will continue to do so. First time installation is quick and easy then you just put a code in each time it's due to run out. It adds the days left from previous subscription to the new one. It can be used on 3 PC's. It just runs in the background without constantly asking for permission. Would highly recommend. Haven't put a tech support rating cause I've never contacted them.

I’ve been using Bullguard for years. It’s very easy and intuitive to use, uses plain language rather than techno-babble, keeps you in control and informed about threats, tech support is available at all hours and is quick to respond, installation and annual renewals are a doddle. This a/v product has kept me and my family safe for many years and represents good value for money.

Very disappointed with this Bullguard. It was easy to install it was easy to use, then it informed me it was only a trial version, I went ahead and purchased the full version which again was easy to install and use. Great and then I searched for updates, oh dear, support for Windows XP no longer available despite my still being able to receive updates for the os but the product was useless. Returned and received full refund including the trial costs.

I've used Bullguard Security now for a number of years , its easy to install and fine to me. I get Update messages nearer the end of my subscription after 12 months, but I ignore, as its always much more expensive, so then I buy another years subscription of Bullguard off Amazon, much cheaper .for the following year. Hope this helps.

I have used this package for many years now and find BullGuard is far better than other security packages I have tried and far cheaper being through Amazon. I shall stick with them. I have not had any casuse to contact them direct so cannot rate this at present.

Really easy to install, computer working much better and really low cost would recommend
