I have been very apprehensive of using anything like this, not only from the 'fear of drowning' sensation if I got it wrong, but also if it was some sort of 'new age' faff that was never going to work except for a select few who truly believed; and therefore would be a total waste of money.Having tried this every 2 days now for 2 weeks, I do see a marked improvement. I now no longer feel a relatively constant pressure deep inside, indicative previously of heavy nosebleeds which would rarely come; and the nose passage itself has improved from feeling raw and irritated and having dry debris frequently.By far, the biggest improvement is that I am yet to have the aching feeling under the left eye sinus, which I was previously getting every 2-3 days.Very happy with the product, very easy to use. The instructions are not the greatest, but if you YouTube how to do it, it is extremely simple. The 300ml size is great for regular use-I am finding it is around 11 seconds use for each side to empty the bottle. It is easy to clean (rinse off) and dry and the sachets with it are very helpful for beginners.Amazon's delivery was fast and the item arrived in appropriate packaging with the box for the item inside. Overall, can't complain and would certainly recommend!

This was something I as reluctant to try but eventually I bought it and I will never look back.Absolutely wonderful gadget and works for me, I can breathe again.I am not going to take silly pictures as you all know what it is and looks like. So, no point taking pictures of the box or the gadget inside.I only received it today (same day delivery from Amazon) and I was excited to give it a go.I am just recovering from a really bad cold that has lingered on for 2 weeks. Has left me all bunged up, so, I tried this out and "WOW" I was amazed to say the least. It said to use luke warm water or even body heat would be good as it would be quite a shock to the nasal passages if you use cold water.I boiled the kettle then let it cool to body heat (98.4f if in USA but here in UK 36-37c) then did the saline mixture in the bottle.I put the salt powder (saline solution) into the bottle, then filled up to the 300ml mark.I did what it said on the instructions and held my head forward over the sing and slightly tilted my head to the side the solution would pour out.It was a weird feeling at first but make sure you breathe normally through your mouth and don't hold your breath.You only need to have your mouth open slightly to breathe, then just make sure you are using the adult nozzle if you are an adult :-) and make sure it is tight in your nostril. Then just hold your head over the sink with your head slightly tilted and press the valve in on the bottom of the bottle. If it is your first time don't panic and just let the warm water pour into one nostril then out the other until the bottle is half empty, then do the other nostril.When completely empty just let the remainder of the water drip from your nostrils and bob's your uncle.Brilliant piece of kit and it sure worked for me. Well worth the money.

I bought this as I suffer from horrendous sinus problems and am more often than not blocked or congested. This is a very easy product to use, although I don't know if it has helped me yet. I'm still trying through diet. I felt quite headachy and inflamed after using, although this did calm down later on with ice packs. I don't think it will hurt to use it, I will continue, but I won't use every day. I think it will be great in pollen season. I'm still looking to heal candida problems as fungi has been found in 97% of people with sinusitus, according to one study. I would use as part of a regime of probiotics, candida diet and healing gut issues.I do think this is a very effective product for what it claims to do and it's a very good price, delivery was good.Update. Using this quite regularly now as the pollen season is high. I usually wake up congested and "polleny". This item has changed my life! I'm no longer afraid to go in the garden, go for walks & I don't have to live like a hermit anymore during pollen season. Usually I would without fail have a sinus infection and have to take painkillers for months. So far so good, this is a wonderful product and I no longer have pressure or inflammation after using it, it's great, yes the pollen & congestion is still there, but if you use this it won't have a chance to do the usual damage. This and some good eyedrops has saved me. I'm working on healing my gut as this can affect allergies, this is probably why people develop them more with age, the gut health deteriorates with age.

I wish that I had heard of this product years ago. It is really effective in use and excellent value for money.I have suffered with bronchiectasis and nasal congestion for over 10 years. My respiratory specialist suggested that the bronchiectasis was not helped by "silent post nasal drip". It made sense therefore to start by maintaining my nasal passages in as clean a state as possible. From the first day of use of the nasal wash cleaner I experienced a significant improvement. I started using it 3 times a day but now only need to use it once a day. After several months of use my breathing is very much better and almost congestion free.It really is a wonderful piece of kit. It is well designed and well constructed.I find that a temperature of just above blood temperature is the most effective.It is VERY IMPORTANT that only boiled (and cooled) water is used because there have been cases of people becoming ill from using raw (unsterilised) water. In fact a woman in USA died as a result of using untreated water (containing deadly omoeba) from a well on her property.Update January 2020: The respiratory specialist who I have been seeing is so delighted by my swift recovery that he is recommending this device to most of patients.

Ich bin kein Freund von Nasenspray oder Nasenspülkännchen - solche Sachen sind mir eher zuwider. Mit diesem Nasenspülset komme ich wunderbar klar, lässt sich einfach bedienen und reinigen, läuft nicht aus, kommt nicht "in die falschen Gänge". Das beigefügte Salz löst sich sofort komplett auf - perfekte Handhabe. Für mich gehört die Nasenspülung mit dieser Nasendusche mittlerweile dazu wie Zähneputzen
