I see the individual packs containing Lumps of green coffee and not in powder form, not sure it’s old stock?

I have purchased 20 pouches but can use only 2 , first time when I try to use first pouch I observed entire material was converted in to lumps among the pouch.So I torn the pouch and crush the entire powder upon a paper and try to use.But due to unsatisfactory taste / quality I decided to thrown it away.So after use only two packets I thrown out the entire lotR.P.Gupta

I had purchased your product last month, it was excellent and I was in love with it. I bought it again this month, but this time the taste and quality is pathetic. Have used around 7 sachets and all of them tasted stale. Too bad compared to the last time.
