So far so good
I was dubious about buying this as have heard so many people saying they don’t last. Admittedly I have mainly used it for light frying, eggs, omlettes etc, it’s heavy and solid. I never wash it whilst it’s hot and never scour it. It cleans gently and easily and has lasted well. I use pan protectors when stacking to protect from other pans and it’s lasted well. The non stick layer works well. Heat it slowly and gently. And respect it and it seems to last.

The worst pan I ever got
Damaged from the first use. VERY DISAPPOINTED.I never leave comments but this one I couldn't leave unmentioned.I used GreenPan in the past and they were perfectly fine and very good quality but this one honestly don't even know if it's an original one. And it's not even a cheap buy....

A great pan
Not too heavy, easy to clean and definitely non stick when using less than a teaspoon of oil. Nice cool handle. I finally Turned out a beautiful 6 egg Spanish omelette for the first time in my life! Disappointed that the maximum oven temperature on the label was lower than in the listing meaning it’s not really ideal for giving a hit blast to brown the top of whatever I’ve cooked. Also bought a separate glass lid which is very useful. Warning, never immerse your still hot green pan into the washing up water. I destroyed two that way!

Super non-stick!
I spent quite a while trying to get a new small frying pan, because of trying to find one that had a decent, non-toxic coating. We normally use a larger, hefty cast iron frying pan, but wanted something smaller and non-iron for individual meals. We've had this a few months now and we're very pleased with it. It is certainly non-stick! As you will see on the photos, an omelette just slides around and comes out of the pan without any assistance and very cleanly. Hence it is very easy to wash. The one thing I have noticed us that it doesn't seem to heat up as quickly as some of our other types of pan. So that has taken a bit of getting used to.But all in all I've very pleased and would definitely buy another size frying pan from the same collection.

It was good while it lasted
I ordered several pans and pots from GreenPan and my experience of them depended on how much I was using them. First of all, they are not scratch resistant. I usually use silicone utensils on them anyways, but the only time I didn't and used metal spoon, I scratched a pan and a pot. Customer services were very helpful with this problem as they sent a replacement pot and pan very quickly after I raised this issue. Since the replacement I just use silicone utensils only and I do not put any pots or pans in the dishwasher either just to be on a safer side. Luckily it is very easy to wash them.As time passed I noticed that there were some surface scuffs and abrasions along the rims of the frying pans, but it does not bother me much, because they are on the rim and do not touching food. Abrasions are probably there because I stack them. However, I do have a huge problem with a 28 cm frying pan now, 11 month since purchase. The non-stick quality of the surface is completely gone. This is my everyday most used frying pan out of all of them. Perhaps these pans were not made to last long with frequent heavy usage, but really did not expect it to die in less than a year. Very disappointing. The pan is virtually non-usable now, because once something sticks to it, everything else starts to stick to it. It is impossible to clean off the residue, because it is embedded into the surface and also because you cannot use any abrasive sponges to clean it. I do not usually write reviews but when my courgette fritters were destroyed yet again this morning I just had to vent my frustration in a review. Less frequently used pans and pots are staying but the most useful and needed one will go straight into the bin. Next time I am trying some other more durable brands.
