I am rough on stuff and this is my third one of these cases. I like them they offer good protection but over time they do get worn so I replace them.

With most modern phones now days being IP68, Water proofing from a case isn't as important like it use to be.The reason I bought this case is for the built in screen protector. But this isn't the only time I've bought this case for the same phone. This is my second case (same one), since the last one needed replaced due to fogging / hazing on the camera lens covers. Making photos look terrible! And it was only a couple years old.Another point of failure I've found from my last one is the small plastic hatch to cover the power port. It will break after while.Still with those two flaws, I've rebought the case because of the screen protector and fairly decent drop protection.Hopefully I'll have better luck with this one!I would recommend this case if you needed a built in screen protector. However if you've used one before, You also know that you must push little harder on the screen as well. A trade off for the protection.

I’ve only had this case for four days, but so far, so good. It’s a LifeProof case, which I’ve owned before for past iPhones, and there are some small, but significant improvements , and unfortunately, some pesky remaining issues. THE GOOD: 1. It’s Waterproof. I mainly got this case for wintertime and also usage in areas like pools or the ocean to be able to use my phone and not worry about damage. 2. THE SCREEN is good! With the new iPhone XS Max, I didn’t want any type of screen cover to ruin that beautiful OLED screen. Thankfully, this case’s built-in screen cover is flat laying & there’s no noticeable gap between screen protector and phone. THE “BAD”:The Price is outrageous. I ended up getting this off Amazon during what must’ve been a Black Friday discount. I see the price is back up again. $89 is way, way too much. Get this case during a sale or wait until that price goes down! THE EDGES wear way too easily. If, like me, you remove your cases often then be prepared to have slightly cosmetic damage to the areas that you remove the case. Sadly, LifeProof did not include the handy plastic “case key,” that they did with previous cases to open this case. I kept one from a iPhone 8 Plus and used that, but even with that, it leaves a little cosmetic damage. And they suggest you use a coin?!?!?? If you do use a coin you’re gonna bend your case edges. You’ve been warned! Overall, I’m happy with this case for the price I paid (around $49).

Love this product except the camera lens gets fuzzy. I have taken apart and cleaned but the lens itself gets a rainbow look to it. Other than that it’s great.

Life proof cases have been my go to for over 6 years now every since I’ve had an iPhone I’ve had a waterproof life proof case and can 100% say when I’m the case I’ve never once had any damage, through 10 ft falls, swimming pictures, and playing music in the sauna. 10/10 recommend everytime

This thing lasted a lot longer than some of my previous cases. The first thing to fail was the little clip at the bottom for the charging port. not the moving part but the part it clips onto on the case. I super glued it back together and it lasted to the point when my new case arrived. The second part to go was the upper volume adjuster. That caved in on itself a day before the new case arrived. It survived getting exposed to a mild form of acid and quite a few drops from waist height. No damage to my phone whatsoever.

By far the best car out there. I only use lifeproof. I always get top dollar when I go to resell my phone. The case, after two years or more will be trashed, but phone will look brand new. They did not have one out for the iPhone X max when I first got it so I got an inferior car and it got some damage then I looked and they had one so I upgraded. They are always worth the money. Every once in a while I do get the weird, I guess moisture look where the screen sticks to the plastic shield and not sure what that is so if anyone knows let me know. Most of the time I just deal with it. Or I will take the phone out and let both air dry for the night and it goes away. Other than that my phone stays in the car for years at a time and never had an issue. Thanks lifeproof.

Have owned this case for one and a half years. In terms of its sturdiness and a durability I would read it as very good. It protects against drops and falls onto all sorts of surfaces with no phone damage. There is damage to the case particularly the soft rubber surrounding the front of the screen. The front screen has performed well, allowingFor good pictures, as well as ease of use with the touchscreen. The back of the phone has presented a problem. The area that allows use of the back camera is lined with a soft rubber compound. Overtime this has deteriorated and the view screen for the camera itself has become clouded, making all pictures blurry. From my standpoint, it makes the phone on use of all as I often use it to take Pictures. It is also billed as being waterproof. It is not. It has fallen into the water on a couple occasions, and once been in my pocket when I went up to my waist in the water. Each time the case became filled with water even though all of the seals were intact and the area around the airport closed.

Lifeproof usually have best protective cases but not this FRE case. There is an air space between the screen and inbuilt screen protector makes it impossible to use . i have to press the screen hard to get to the apps or to do typing. i stopped using the case soon after .

Love a lifeproof case. Wanna throw your phone around or put it in the pool or just in general not worry about it. Buy this case
