Drop-in installation
This bifold replaced a 24” pantry door. The old door intruded into the kitchen space, but the bifold protrudes much less and is not so in the way. Installation in the standard size space was quick and easy. After a minute to adjust, the door functions flawlessly. We are very happy with it and would recommend.

Door cracked in the corner after being installed for one month.
Received item Dec. 22, 2022 for a rental unit. Doors were fine when received. Installation was easy and doors looked great. As of February 4, 2023, there is a crack in the corner where the hinge is, which means this door is not going to last much longer. Unfortunately for me, the return period had lapsed. I contacted Kimberly Bay and was very impressed with their customer service. I sent an email around midnight to them explaining the situation. By 9:30 next morning I received a reply from Taylor asking for photos of the door. I sent them. And by the next day I received an email stating a new door would be shipped to me. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service! Would definitely do business with this company again! Thank you Taylor and Kimberly Bay!!

Easy to install
Had to trim door- for height due to my doorways measurements. Easy to trim.Only issue: the package had enough screws included, but not the types of a screws listed in the instructions. Luckily I made it work.Very squeaky.Otherwise: love it.

Good quality
We needed a door for our bedroom and needed the air circulating through it. Couldn’t afford one that didn’t fold as they were too expensive. This is great quality wood louvered door. Works great for what we needed.

I had professionals install, as they had to reframe closet to accommodate each set of doors.
Wish I could have ben notified that it would be 2 separate shipments several days apart. But company was immediately responsive to me in explaining it.Doors used to open up old standard closets from a single door to 2 bifold doors. Wonderful!!! You could advertise as a suggestion. My house was built in 1953. The closet had a single door, but was wide inside and you could hardly access anything in the back section. These doors have made a world of difference.

DID NOT FIT OUR DOOR
EVEN AFTER WE MEASURED AS DIRECTED , IT DID NOT FIT OUR DOOR. THE DOOR ITSELF AND THAT PARTS ARE AS DESCRIBED. SOMEHOW THE MEASURMENT WAS OFF.

Nice Bifold Door
Easy to install. Came with instructions and all needed hardware. Door measurement was accurate and was easy to adjust once it was installed. The door opens easily, but the hinge was pretty squeaky. That was easily fixed with some WD-40.

The worst quality/design I've honestly ever encountered.
To be fair, I haven't had the time nor patience to contact the manufacturer so this may blindside them. Quality of wood and paint was very good overall but that's where the positive review ends. Who has ever used bifold doors where the top "pins" are tubes of plastic without any springs or rollers to keep the unfixed side neatly and quietly in its track? That's right, hollow tubes with a ridge about 2/3rds of the way down that you tap into the hole and that's what slides along the track. So the only way that you can fit it in is to secure one tube into the stationary track hole, hold up the bottom of the doors pressing upward while unscrewing the bottom notched pin to raise the door upward. Secondly, a door whose hinges are not properly aligned will squeak louder than an excited mouse and these squeaky doors are so incredibly loud, that I had to use half of a bar of soap after opening them 3x's or else tearing them out and flinging them into the lake out of frustration. Delivery was fast and they were packaged well so I haven't any issues there. I had to re-engineer the entire top of these doors while reusing the old existing track in order the get these installed for a client and because I didn't even imagine how ridiculous this entire procedure was, I had to make a special trip the following day to retrofit these doors. I lost considerable time and money as a result, not to mention the hairy eyeballs the owner initially gave me when such a simple install took that much time and creativity. All is well now but save your dollars or prepare to modify..Incredibly, INCREDIBLY unhappy!
