If a combination is thrown including moose for 3 pairs are 2 moose counted as 200 more

Three pairs is worth 1500 points. You do not score extra points if one of the three pairs is a pair of moose. It's just 1500.

Are the rules included?

Yes, rule sheets are included in all Pocket Farkel and Farkel Flat Pack games.

Is this just the box and dice because the description says “. comes with dice and cups in six vibrant and unique colors. “

Mine came in a small plastic case but no cup to shake dice in... which would have been nice!!

How many score cards are included ?

There are no score cards included, but there are 2 sheets with point values for reference; such as 3 “5’s” are worth 500 points or a straight is worth 1500 points, etc.. You just need paper and pencil to add players, points after their roll.
