Valves work correctly
Other reviews have commented negatively about having to buy both hot and cold valves when only one was required; in my case this was a benefit. I had assumed that my cold tap was faulty so fitted the cold valve first; then had to fit the hot valve because I still had a leak. No difficulty in fitting, and both valves work satisfactorily. However, two factors cause me to give only a four star rating. First, I found it impossible to fit the valves in a position that allows the tap handles to align in a perfectly upright position as they did when the tap unit was new, which leaves the unit looking odd. Second, the handles were a slightly stiff fit on the valve splines, which suggests that they will be difficult to remove if I ever have to change the valves again; hope I never have to find out!

Clear informative website
Product was exactly as stated and arrived very quickly. Clear advice on the Tap Magic website and included with my tap cartridges. Brilliant. Solved my dripping tap problem easily and reasonably.

Didn't last a year tap now leaking again
Just checked to see when I ordered these as our tap has started leaking again and I bought them 31/3/22. It had been fine up to today and doesnt appear to be a problem with the installation, leak is coming from between the spindle and the valve body.Buy cheap buy twice
