5.11 Tactical Men's Twill Covert Khaki 2.0 Company Work Uniform Pants, Teflon Finish, Style 74332

I love these pants! I work as a server and I need to wear dress pants but I walk around 10,000 steps a shift so I needed something more durable than the dress pants I would get for around 30 dollars from cheap department stores. When these came in the mail I could tell right away they are made of quality materials. I tried them on (I got the 36X30) and they fit very comfortably. Even though I was a bit pudgier than a 36 at the time of purchase the pants were still very comfortable and forgiving with the elastic stretch waistband. The material is cooling and has some flight flex to it. It looks somewhere between dress pants and dockers. They do collect lint but no more than my other dress pants. Now moving on to my favorite feature; the pockets. The pockets are large and strong and very well stitched. I pocket carry a bodyguard 380 in a desantis nemesis holster in the front pocket and it has been very comfortable. I wear an apron do I don't print but even with the apron off you can't tell. At work I carry my money for the shift in my back pocket and it varies from 30 to 500 dollars. I feel much more at ease knowing how strong the pocket is. The cargo pockets are a bit narrow but I just put my car keys in one side. I did fit a bodyguard 380 in the cargo but with no holster. zippers are discreet and work well. They zip up to close and it can slide the pant leg up if you don't use your spare hand or your opposite foot to hold the pant leg down while zipping. Overall I would highly recommend these pants. I will be purchasing more for myself and for friends as gifts.

Whereas I can't speak to the quality of these vs. the original, as this is the only pair I have, I can say these are great freaking pants for a professional that needs a business look, but wants the storage features of a cargo pant. I've looked and looked for a discreet cargo, and these are the only ones I have found. aside from the tiny metal zipper pull on there is no way to see the cargo pockets when closed. They zip up with the seam so there are no thread lines or flaps to give them away. I hate the bulky expanding cargo pockets that you usually get with most cargo shorts and pants. These have the look and feel of a nice pair of dress slacks, albeit more heavy duty than most standard dress slacks with the versatility of the extra 2 pockets on the sides. The button pockets without flaps on the back also help maintain the professional look. I have a big ass, and when I put my wallet and phone in my front or rear pocket of standard dress pants, the pockets bulge out.... not a clean look. These fit true to size, I am a 36x34, but just in case.... the discreet expanding waist is a nice subtle touch. I'm buying another pair right now.

Im not really convinced that these are 'covert' since a small zippered side leg pocket doesnt add much to the covertness IMO. I believe Dockers had this feature on their 'Tech Pants' in the early 2000s marketed to computer geeks. They seem to be slightly tougher material than dockers and the pockets insides are nice and deep. The elastic waist band is nice if you plan to CCW or eat a lot. My biggest gripe is that if you have large hands or carry large items in your front pocket(s), the pocket opening seems a little smaller than it should be and binds a bit while retrieving said items from the pocket.That all said, Ill probably buy more.

I wear these pants every day at work and so far (two months) they have held up marvelously. They are certainly dressy enough for anything short of a wedding. They hold up in almost any environment that I have put them through, rain, wind, snow etc. The side leg pockets aren't exactly large but then again what exactly did you expect? They've held up with no signs of wearing out and I haven't exactly be kind to them. The only mark against these is that they pick up every piece of lint or dust but it is easy enough to clean or brush/roll off. 5.11 once again has done it. These are better than the previous generation although these feel a little thinner they are the perfect all around weight. They don't bunch up but also don't appear baggy either. Other 5.11 pants have had an issue with fading...so far these haven't although it is something to keep in mind. Be careful how you wash them and they will take care of you.

For comparison: I have a pair of TruSpec 24x7 "covert"-style pants, which I was pretty happy with in general. These I like more, in most important regards.As noted by others, these are more office-like in cut and style. The cut is roomy and allows for movement, so I think they should be good for active roles where you need to still look sharp. The 'hidden' pockets are larger than those on the TruSpecs -- they leave a little more room when I put in my large phone on one side and a 3x5 moleskine on the other.Pocket, belt loop and button treatments are very conventional.Re. lint: As others have commented, the texture of this fabric causes it to collect a lot of lint and cat hair. That will probably improve with washing, but you may just need to buy a lighter color or carry a lint roller in your car.

Great price on great pants! Bought for my husband for Christmas and so glad I did. These are the best slacks he’s ever owned. They fit perfectly, are true to size, are really comfortable, are far more durable and stain resistant than any pants he owns (dressy or work pants), and they are great for concealed carry! These are perfect with a belly band, and have 2 hidden cartridge pockets. Great pants for a great price, very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend!

Very nice pants. Anything made by 5.11 is going to be good. Fit is right on (don’t order longer inseam than you need). Zip pockets are large and discreet. No, you’re not going fit the Glock in there. They look somewhat like dress pants, but the over-stitching on the belt loops gives them a work pant look – beware if you are required to wear dress pants. But at least they don’t look like cargo pants or BDUs.My only complaint is the color. They aren’t khaki – they have almost a silvery purple tint to them. They don’t look like the image, and they definitely don’t look like Dockers, if that’s the color you want. This is not the seller’s fault – it’s the color 5.11 chose.

El diseño de los pantalones es formidable, a la vista parecen cualquier pantalón y los materiales de manufactura son de lo mejor. Las características especiales de los pantalones permiten llevar diversas cosas en sus bolsillos sin que parezca que las llevas. Los bolsillos de abajo tienen un cierre. Recomiendo no llenar los bolsillos inferiores ya que puede resultar incómodo y puede deformarse la vista de los pantalones. Los Covert 2.0 de 5.11 son de los mejores pantalones de su tipo.

Good value and good quality pants from 511, the price was so reasonable I brought the last 3 but pity they didn't have more stop or else I would have brought more, as my work pant.

La marca nunca me ha decepcionado. Es lo que esperaba, eso sí, este modelo viene un poco más ajustado, pero sigue siendo la misma Talla que requiero.
