The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item not sure if it will work. But I didn't mind spending $12.99 if i can potentially avoid spending couple hundred box.So, I made my try and it ended up being the exact match for the 2015 Genesis wing side mirror retraction gear. I am very pleased with the product. It took me about 2.5 hours to replace it because I had difficulty removing the mirror. The mirror sits on the motor unlike the videos available on YouTube, and to get to the location of the gear, you have to do lots of maneuvering. But on the whole, I am glad someone thought of manufacturing such item, as the alternative will be to replace the entire mirror assembly.I include the picture of the OEM, which has a plastic gear with a metal tail. I also include video of the mirror after the replacement, which is now retracting. The plastic gear is what wears out very quickly. The driver side of my car got worn out, and was replaced under warranty, but by the time the passenger side broke, the warranty has expired, and looking at the invoice for the driver side, it was about $1,300.Thanks to the seller.

It fits my Hyundai i20 and works, but!The finish on the part is very bad, lots of metal chips on the bottom side of the gear and very sharp outer edges on the spiral screw.If you buy it be sure to remove them with a good metal/diamond file or risk damaging the other plastic gear inside the original assembly.

Used this to fix both of my mirrors in my 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan. Installation was a GIANT pita but I'm so happy this part was available to buy.
