I use ink cartridges a lot and prefer the new ones (NOT refurbished). These are reasonably priced and work every time. I go through lots of them and prefer to order them on-line. Great product.

I was really disappointed considering I ordered a new cartridge but instead received a crinkled package inside a ziploc type of bag with the Dell logo half worn off with ink smeared on the outside and made in Mexico on it. I have not tried it in the printer but if the packaging is any indication then I do not expect much. If it works great then I will update my review but if it isn't then I will drop to 1 star.
