Fair, not too impressed

So, the first unit I received did not work. It was very disappointing. However, when the seller was notified of my wish to return the item, he went out of his way to help me return the item and then, without even being pre-paid, he made arrangements to send me another one to try, which did work, so I prompted saw that he was reimbursed. This seller was excellent to work with and is to be commended for such good service. I bought a used one at a third of the cost because I figured once my disks were transferred, I probably wouldn't use the device again. For me, it made sense to go used. Glad I did.

Doesn't work with windows 7, only those below windows 7. Not supported by iomega either.

This drive was delivered as promised and plays the zip files that I have. It is nice to see what's on these old discs.

Had problems with the machine and sent it back to the vendor. Vendor was great about taking it back and we worked out a solution to my problem. I needed some zip disk converted to CD and the vendor was able to help me with the conversion.

I am very pleased with this item. I got everything I was promised, and it works fine. The most impressive thing was how fast it was shipped to me. It took only two days....maybe even less than that. The merchant "SellingAll" does great business, and knows how to treat a customer. I highly recommend this merchant and his/her products.

Old computer users who have some zip disks lying around, and new users who like to play with old stuff will enjoy this. Portability is the key. This is what you used before there were 16 gig flash drives the size of a penny. And it still works great.
