Ingenious idea, poor execution.
Wow, a toy out of the 80's that is somehow still around. This was a Christmas present and it quickly was discarded. The idea is ingenious, the execution is very poor. The machine is incredibly loud and the usability is very poor. My wife and I struggled to figure it out, which only means my 7 year-old was not going to. Real disappointment from a quality brand as Crayola.In theory, to not have to deal with crayons all over the place and on the walls, I would have loved Crayola even more, but in this case, it just wasn't meant to be. Don't fear Crayola, we'll still buy crayons.

I bought this particular one because it said that it comes with a power adapter however it arrived without one. I was very disappointed as I was buying it for a giving tree and I didn't want the family to have to worry about batteries.
