Bluetooth hardware/software needs updating
Great radio. The 4gig of RAM lets me run Waze in the background while using Google maps. There are lots of outputs decent hardware with enough memory, but I couldn't give 5 stars. I can't pair my OBDLINK MX! I tried the tips on their website (changing Bluetooth pin, ressetting etc ). I really don't know why the standard Android Bluetooth settings are neutered.I emailed customer support for the offline map and the service was prompt. The custom Android is nicely tweaked for usability in a car. The media widget knows if you're using the radio, Bluetooth,or local files and switches. I wanted to rearrange the media widget, but it's not movable ,I couldn't add it to a different page or on my own launcher. The audio is with the built-in amp is decent. The line out has a lot of hiss and clips at level 20, which is weird. The eq does not seem to have a lot of change in sound. I wish the sub out had a xover setting. The radio reception is strong, but mediocre at noise rejection. The radio supports RDS, but it stored in memory as displayed and you have to time it to store what info you want it displayed as, because some times it'll store as the current song playing.*Update*They are relentless in their customer support. My review was not great, but they wanted to make sure I can use my OBDlinkMX and kept emaling me to help until I was satisfied. They innitiated the emails. That kind of customer support will keep me coming back!

Amazing headunit, if you do certain things
I installed this on my 2010 Honda Odyssey to replace the stock radio without navigation. Installation was straightforward because of dial2fast's very helpful. instructional review video on YouTube. It's connected via Wi-Fi to my Tmobile SyncUp Drive hotspot ($10/month) and functions as a full Android tablet with a nice radio. I added a backup camera and connected steering wheel controls. It makes the van a lot more modern and looks great. The most annoying part of installation was that the trim piece didn't fit the head unit face plate at all. I actually mounted the unit without the faceplate behind the trim piece and then attached the faceplate of the unit in front of the trim piece. It still required a lot of cutting and trimming.Sound quality and functionality are amazing. Besides the radio, I can use Pandora, Spotify, Audible, YouTube Music, as well as productivity apps when I hook up a USB keyboard. It can function as a mini laptop for the car! It also supports Bluetooth phone calls, has good GPS for navigation, and good wifi and radio reception. It almost doesn't need Android auto... almost. Audio text messages only work with Android auto. To use Android auto, I skipped laggy mirroring apps and use the headunit reloaded app, which works well, but I can mostly used the head unit without my phone.Overall I'm very happy with the unit and would recommend it to friends and family!

!!!!Another Update!!! Good, but.
I had to do a custom install on an F350, and although it needs some final adjustments, it is not bad. I wasted money on double-din slide in rack as it did not fit n the hole. I did not give it 5 stars due to the fact the head unit cannot be updated to Oreo 9(ad did not state this at all) and no remote. It is Oreo 8 which works quite well, though. With 4Gigs of Ram, the unit is quite fast in operations. I am able to load as many apps as needed. I keep all my maps and music on a 128 G Samsung micro-sd. Will probably buy a second chip to put all the maps on.I am in contact with customer support (Tiffany) and they has been very responsive answering my questions about the OS and a remote(Tiffany offered to send a remote close to what I suggested (also sent a picture to her(requested by Tiffany)of the remote). The 2.4 Mhz wifi works well, but if you want to copy music to a micro-sd chip, I suggest formatting it in the head unit and then taking it to your computer and copy as needed. We will see how the unit holds up long term. .Update!!!!! The biggest, and rather wide spread problem from what I have researched, is the microphone does NOT work as advertised. This is quite a big problem! For the safety of hands-free driving, this problem needs to be solved!!! It seems that support knows of this problem, but only offer solutions such as rolling up windows and reduce noise or turn up the audio. Sound coming in is fine, it is the way the microphone does not work! Now on another note..... I registered on their forum site and my registration was not activated. So, I wrote their admin and have yet to receive a response to this. I am going to try my usb mic from my home computer and see if it will work through the USB connection. I should NOT have to do this. More updates probably to come....!!!!!! Support from Pumpkin auto has sent another microphone, through Prime, and it only improves the quality slightly when not moving. I mounted it on my visor. The mic is only about 12 inches away and when driving, the person on the other end of call cannot hear me. I am currently building an amplifier for the mic as a test as one person on the Pumpkin forum did. This should not have to be done. It is a definite design flaw in the system which apparently has not been fixed in many models. Once amp is complete and if it works, I will post another update with a parts list. There is one mic, here on Prime, which has a battery powered amp, I may try, but we should not have to jump through these hoops.

Amazing unit
Installed this unit into my 2004 F150 XLT 4x4 Super Crew with the Metra harness and bezel kits. There was slight trimming required to the Metra bezel, but it was easily accomplished with a utility knife and a flat file.My initial thoughts are that this is an amazing unit. Power is outstanding. It makes my stock speakers sound so much better than the stock unit ever did. GPS, WiFi, apps.. all just like having an amplified tablet in my dash. The initial cold boot took about 20-25 seconds, but after that it is practically instant. Netflix install was a bit wonky. YouTube, Amazon Music and Video work great. Web browsing as well. The unit is quick and the touch screen is very responsive. I'll update this review accordingly if I run into any issues with it, but so far this deserves a solid 5 stars.
