Darn Tough Tactical Boot Full Cushion Socks (T4022) Unisex

Bought from a personal recommendation. Truly tough and great socks. Helps immensely with sweaty feet. But also warm and cushiony af.I was sent 2 Left socks on every single order I’ve placed with them I know that’s not ideal but it’s not that big of a deal.

Bought 2 pair, black and coyote. Both are simply terrific.Not sure I’ve ever described a sock as being “effective” before, but these socks are just that. The wool blend transfers any moisture away from your feet, and this really aids in limiting odour.But the most important attribute of these socks is that they keep my feet warm, but not swelteringly, uncomfortably so. Even in thin boots, in 40 degree windy weather at the range, my feet are nice and toasty.The fit is great, and they stay put on your calves, with no drooping, creeping or sagging (this drives me crazy in other socks). They are not itchy at all. Other than when you first put them on and can immediately feel the difference between these and ordinary tube socks, you forget that they’re specialty socks. They are that comfortable.As I recall, these socks are a few dollars more than some, but they are absolutely worth it.

I took one of these these on 2 of the most intense week long hiking trips I’ve ever been on and in both of these trips they not only kept me warm in the colder nights but they didn’t overheat my feet in the hot day. They also helped me to avoid blisters I commonly get, and kept me semi dry in a torrential down pour. Didn’t fall apart at all, fit perfectly, and was totally worth my money. The only hiking socks I will ever buy.

I thought Weatherproof was my favorite sock brand, but these blow them out of the water. Obviously they’re more expensive, but if you work a dirty job and are outdoors often like me, you’ll definitely agree that it’s worth the price. They’re simple, tough, and very comfortable. The extra cushion helps protect your feet from the abrasiveness of heavy boots, and they seem to get grody and unpleasant to wear very slowly compared to socks that soak up grime and sweat rapidly.

I was completely hesitant about purchasing one pair of socks for $30, but I think it’s one of the best purchases on socks I’ve ever made! I work very long hours on my feet in different terrain, these socks not only provide cushion but keep my feet dry for very long periods of time & I never have to worry about scratching my legs to itch them every 5 seconds like other cheap socks do. If you’re on your feet a lot these are the socks for you.

I've said this before in other Darn Tough sock reviews and I will say it again - these socks are superbly constructed and look bombproof. However, if you are coming from smartwool or icebreaker the material is substantially slicker, and rather off putting. If you have worn Darn Tough before and are OK with the material, these are great!

When I was in Iraq, a very wise person told me the most important article of clothing you'll ever own are socks. That they can make a huge difference on your mood, especially if you stand a lot. Boy, was he ever right.These socks are "expensive" but they are so worth it. They last a long time and even if they do get that rip, they will replace them. I've used cheaper socks and even "cheaper high end socks." Darn Tough makes the best hands down.One thing though, doing a warranty claim can take some time so I always make sure I have "more than I need".

I've had a few hit or miss socks from Darn Tough. I put socks through the wringer, especially considering my average daily step count is 28,000 steps. Heel area is standing up well to use and my toes are not burrowing through the material. These are standing up to extreme use. I will buy another pair.

I love these, I've been wearing them in insulated rubber boots in summer and there's no sweat or smell. I wore them in winter and my feet were never cold and always dry. You can't beat them. Expensive but you can send them back if they get holes and yeah, good stuff. Super comfy.

Disappointed — finally made the swap to these from 1000 mile socks. One shift in… hole in the sock. Knee I should do stayed with 1000 mile

消防団の活動時に編上げの安全靴を履くのですが、普通の長い靴下だと踝が痛くて動き辛いのが悩みでした。ダーンタフに替えたら適度なクッション性によりそれが解消され大満足です。追加でもう一足購入しました。
