What's the difference between this one, the PREBCS212, and the BCS212?

Martin Yale only puts out one BCS212 business card slitter. The "PRE" prefix only refers to their rarely used brand name for finishing products, "Premier". Some people choose to make that part of the product code. Some don't. Makes no difference though because like I said there's only one BCS212, no variations or alternative packages for that product are available from Martin Yale.

Can the size of the card be customized? Specifically, I need to create a final card size of 2.5" x 3.5". Possible with this machine?

No the sizes of the cards are fixed at the factory and cannot be adjusted.

will this machine accept 110lb stock paper?
