Iron on Labels all came off!

The labels I have since discovered need to be ironed on in a certain way but there were no instructions sent with them by Wunderlabel for me to know this. Consequently they all came off after a short time and could not be reused. I spent hours ironing them on and even paid someone to help me. Wunderlabel are not prepared to do anything about it and are questioning the fact that there were no instructions enclosed, to add insult to injury, inferring that they don't believe me. I definitely would not recommend this company
