I love this pillow so much! I had a sore ear from having some skin removed by the dermatologist…it is smaller than a standard pillow but I think it is the perfect size. It is firm but not hard…I am very happy with it.

Fill was quite stiff but Zipper access allowed removal of some fill to make the pillow a soft as I wanted it ti be.

I had to laugh when I opened the package and this itty bitty pillow fell out. The 9" measurement is the diameter, and the 3.5" measurement is the donut hole. The ear hole is perfectly sized for me, and the only pillow I've found that has a large enough ear hole. I'm giving it a 3 star for that alone. But I doubt the pillow will provide neck and spine support, we'll see.It consists of unknown fabric, maybe cotton, zipped directly around some polyfill. I found that out when I unzipped what I thought was the pillow cover and the stuffing sprang out.I didn't realize how small the pillow would be, and I feel it is quite overpriced at $30. But my bad for not reading the product description more closely.

I had a reoccuring sore on my left ear from always sleeping on my left side. I think I may have big ears as I wish the hole was slightly larger, but it works quite well.

I absolutely love my new pillow! It is incredibly comfortable and feels amazing on my ear. What sets this pillow apart is the ability to customize the amount of stuffing inside. I can easily add or take away stuffing to create the perfect level of support and comfort for a restful night's sleep. The quality of the materials is top-notch and the design is both functional and comfortable. I give this pillow a solid 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone in search of true pain relief.

This pillow reminds me a good opera singer, but does it perform as well?I do not think description says, that the pillow is not returnable, if opened. But delivery pillow says that! You know, it's $50 bucks! Will update.Update: No it doesn't. If you know what the mirage in the desert is?! that it. The design tells the buyer, that this pillow is close to solve the pressure points, but as I have opened the package and tried, there is nothing else as the word mirage!I cannot recommend this pillow, because the design does not meet the performance, plus I am all over with foam odor.The description claims the sleeping performance, but I tried it, and found pillow too soft and not supportive. My head felt the hole, but it's still small for head pressure. I tried different positions and nothing helped. Despite, that, I might still get some money back, I will try to be fully refunded, because, is not right to trick a thirsty buyer for needed design without expectation. Does anybody agree?The seller appeared to be helpful with the issue. Thank you

Was not what I expected, especially for the price. This pillow is very small and uncomfortable to sleep on because it is way too hard. Also it would be better if it came with a removable, washable cover. There is a little 3 inch zipper section on the side but the inside of the pillow is not removable. I don't even know what the zipper is for as the filling is not not encased in any thing and it wouldn't fit thru the tiny zippered opening anyway. I would not recommend this pillow, do not waste your money.

Game changer. I was on medication to help with ear pain from being a side sleeper. A doctor recommended this CNH pillow and I have slept great with no meds since I got this. 100% worth it.
