Like the refrigerator. Great size en looks great. Disappointed in how loud it is and it often rolls out of place opening the door.

Feature:The doors don't have the monster size door-shelves obstructing you from getting into the main refrigerator contents !The other thing there is you are not swinging the weight of a door-full of content every time you open the door. Counter depth for us was a great visual improvement over the monster monoliths that everyone typically has jutting way out of the typical kitchen wall and counter area.Noise:50db, sometimes 51. When my cat cries for supper it displays 59.It's not loud like a dishwasher. It's not totally silent. The 12 year old LG refrig that we replaced was almost completely silent, taking a person time to even determine if it is running. This one we can hear. If you have a very quiet home and want to spend more, based on the prior LG, you can do better sound-wise with more expensive refrigerators, spending an additional $800-$1000. We never hear the compressor or weird sounds, and what we can hear sounds like a fan in a cabinet -- not really annoying for us in our quiet home.Cooling:It takes a couple days to fully equalize temperature down to where you want it! The freezer cools pretty quickly after setup and the other half takes much longer to get below 40 upon initial install. We set the refrig at 33, and see a range of 34-39, with the drawers being warmest. There IS a chill drawer with some control over temperature, mechanically with a window opening slide switch (untested).Stars:It's tough to rate. The old LG was much more expensive so it's not a fair comparison. Considering price and feature combo, we can say 4 stars though.

This brand new refrigerator is having 50+dB noice constantly 98% of the day. The Mid American Services technician said it is normal. I don't recommend people to buy this product for health reason.

Amazon’s relationship to Synchrony Bank who provides their credit line under the Amazon Store Card is an absolute disaster. I ordered this appliance in early March and Cyber Savings, Amazon’s middleman couldn’t even give me a time-certain for the delivery of this appliance. I canceled the order after two weeks and Amazon and Synchrony Bank have been unable to credit my card for a non-existent purchase. Amazon claims it takes up to 60 days to resolve a “dispute”. What dispute? It’s a journal entry reversing the charges that continue to appear on my Amazon card (which I have ordered canceled) almost 60 days later. I have forthwith demanded that Amazon suspend my credit card and bill me the remaing items separately— but their inefficiency is mind boggling. I urge everyone to not purchase appliances through Amazon. They’re good for household items like toilet paper.

I don't know if these people are just fibbing, they are a competitor and trying to get more sales by redirecting customers from this model or they got a bad out of box fridge, but I've had this fridge for about 3 months and I don't hear any noise worth complaining about. With only 4 reviews all complaining about the same thing, I tend to think of other dealers redirecting. If you think I'm fake, just look at my other reviews - I've had this account for YEARS. Anyway, I just had to get up and go look/listen for myself because I didn't recall ever really hearing any noise at all. Now that I stopped to listen, it does make noise, but my laptop sitting idle makes more noise than this fridge does. I love this fridge and I'd have to say it is the nicest fridge I've ever owned. I just happened across this site because I bought mine from a scratch & dent sale and was looking to replace a piece and landed here by mistake.

The bad reviews on here are fake they are not verified purchases. And I own one and it’s quiet and stops once fridge reaches set temp.
