had to pay $20 for an app to use it! the free apps had very limited and very basic features.The app that the instructions said to download is pretty much worthless and didnt work for my gfs car but it prompted me to pay for upgraded version of the app which i did but it didnt do anything different then the free version. then i found a different app that cost $20 and it worked well. thats

I bought this because the information said it would be able to communicate with the 1996 model cars. It doesn't communicate with my 1996 Nissan Sentra any different that the regular scan tools and connecting to it requires you to download software that doesn't work very well. I would recommend getting a regular scan tool for your vehicle.

For the price it seems to work just fine, free and purchaseable apps. Worked with my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix and my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. I see there is required purchases within my app for select brands that are newer too (ford, infinity, Toyota to name a few).

Wont work on a trail blazer my other computer works just fine so it not the plug in and i can connect it to my other car and it works so it picks it up says will not connect to ecu

Not happy if charges for all options it should be part of the original charge to cover 1 month of complete use.

I really do like this. I do recommend buying the app it suggest using.
