Died after 6 months
Absolutely crap, do not buy it. The mil flopher is poor and loud you will wait for an ages to fluff your milk. And the machine died after 6 months, the coffee is not leaking thought to the cup, when you trying to open the coffee holder all the water comes out with the coffee and flooding all the table! Than water is hot! That machine played on my nerves! Don`t waist your money

Not bother to buy.
Die after a year. The water is not hot, basically this makes cold coffee. It was good for a month.

Excellent for the price
I've been using this daily for over 18 months and it makes excellent coffee - for the price it is a great machine. The frother is not worth using, so I only give it 4 stars (I use a separate frother anyway).

love it
My nan couldn't find a coffee she liked so gifted me this as I have the pod ones! Can honeslty say I love it! I think you have to know how to do the milk as I can get mine beautiful and fluffy no spitting or spillages and can get it very hot, easy to use and makes lovely coffee better than any pod machine ive had,

Broke after 6 months too...
Mine broke after 6 months too! Was temperamental most of the time and now water just sprays out the steam pipe and nothing out the filter!

Great value, quality product!
Excellent coffee machine. Very easy to use. Those that say it doesn’t froth properly or spills out coffee everywhere don’t know how to use it! It’s well worth the money! Get it!
