Don't even waste your money.
My fiance ordered this for me as a late Christmas present on February 19th. It wasn't sent from the warehouse until February 24th, and was supposed to arrive by 8pm on the 27th. It ended up in the wrong city on the 27th and didn't arrive at the RIGHT city until the 1st. (Today). Went and picked it up this morning, 10,000% excited.Upon picking up the package, I was amazed with how well it was packed, and was amazed with the quality of the product box. Opened up the box and was again amazed by how well it was secured and protected. I sent pictures to my fiance as I was unboxing it, including a picture of my hand on top of the tablet to boast about the size compared to my last tablet.I ran inside the second I got home, grabbed the manual and started the installation process, following it step by step. When trying to install it directly from the software within the tablet, it would tell me that a folder was missing. So I decided to download the latest driver from the website. Downloaded that, installed it smoothly. But the pen pressure never appeared and all of my programs still registered it as a mouse. I watched several YouTube videos, read several articles, called customer support EIGHT TIMES with no answer, e-mailed customer service, even tried Skype. All to no avail. From every single article I read, and every response to previous customers, they will constantly tell you to make sure all virus software is off, firewalls are down, old tablet software is deleted and to uninstall and reinstall. I did all of the above.I turned off virus software, turned off my firewall, deleted every last remnant of my previous tablet, deleted the drivers and software for the UGEE tablet and re-ran it as an administrator, with nothing else open. Restarted my computer, still can't open the tablet settings, the icon on the task bar still doesn't pop up. I've tried EVERYTHING and nothing works.Another thing I should mention, I'm INCREDIBLY cautious with ANYTHING that has built in memory, so upon plugging it in the first time, I decided to run a security scan on the memory card within the tablet. Guess what it found? SIX copies of a trojan virus called Ramnit.A ON the tablet. This virus can completely take control of your computer. So my suggestion if you're thinking of buying this product? Don't. And if you do? #1: Make sure you scan the piece of crap before you install anything. #2: Make sure you're not running Windows 7, because it absolutely IS NOT compatible, no matter what they claim. #3: Fork out the extra cash and just get yourself a Wacom of the same size.

Amazing
I got this tablet a few days ago, and I really love it. It works better than my Waccom tablet and feels far more comfortable. My only complaint would be, I can't get the pressure sensitivity to work. :/ Other than that, I love it!

Poor instructions and difficult set up.
Very difficult to set up on Windows 7. Primarily the instructions are very limited and installing the drivers was more of a hassle than it should be. Furthermore, it didn't come with any software to use the tablet and again, instructions were deficient in guiding the end user.I don't return things but this time i had to.We ordered the Wacom tablet instead and it was easy to install, included program to use the tablet with and instructions were clear. My 11 year old daughter loves it.

Despite the tablet being of decent quality and being nice and thin I cannot for the life of me ...
Windows 8.1, Photoshop CC 2015. Newest drivers. Despite the tablet being of decent quality and being nice and thin I cannot for the life of me get pressure sensitivity working in Photoshop. For me it is OK but for an artist that would be a deal breaker.

Worth the money.
Works wonderfully! The zoom ring is a little unwieldy coming from a Wacom, but it's easy enough to get used to. I got this free with my pen display, and have gotten a lot of use out of it when I can't lug around my giant tablet!

Not Recommended for Professionals
If you're used to the Wacom Intuos line of tablets then you will not be impressed. The manual and installation process were both confusing. I did not like the feeling of using this for digital painting (the texture or something else made it less fluid), but I imagine that it'd be ok for photo editing and the like. I hardly used mine and it actually died within a few months. I've never had hardware just stop working so soon after purchase.
