After reading the reviews I decided to go up a size and I am glad I did. I purchased a size 20 and it comes up a little big on me however not too big. I normally take a Size 16-18. The sleeve length is just right. I expected it to be really creased with it being flat packed however I didn't find it as bad as everyone has made out. (please see pics). I did however straight away put it in the washing machine on a low wash (30°) and popped it in the tumble dryer checking it and rotating the coat inside and out every 5 minutes. I then brushed the fur with a brush and used the hair dryer to fluff it up a bit and poppet it on my dolly to get rid of the few, hardly any creases (please see pics) . I am impressed with it. Seems like alot of messing about but it wasn't too much trouble at all well worth it. I would order again.

It arrived shrink wrapped and so there are a thousand creases in it which have not dropped out despite hanging up, what a ridiculous way to send a coat, looks like it's been run over by a lorry, what a mess, definitely returning it.

The coat was delivered in a vacuum pack, lord knows how long it’s been in there it was so creased you wouldn’t believe, there are no washing instructions any where on the coat so had to look on the order and it’s dry clean only! The fur was squished flat so looked on the reviews and seen someone had put in the dryer I squirted some fabric freshener on it so it was slightly damp and popped it in checked after 5 minuets and although the fur sprung to life it was heavely creased still so I’ve ironed it with a damp T towel after a lot of ironing it finally resembles a coat. Size is good I’m about a 16 so went up 2 sizes and glad I did! There is no zip so hope the press studs hold out, it’s lined throughout with fur so should be warm and after all the hard work I like it

Nice looking coat. Arms are kind of long but the fur keeps your hands warm and the fit is nice. There are no zips are popper studs. Wouldn't advice wearing in rain as it is fabric. Very stylish and glad I purchased. Keeps you very warm and I've been wearing t shirts underneath!

Firstly the way they vacuum pack the coats is ridiculous.It came out as flat as a pancake, so unbelievably creased and the fur looked like a cheap teddy.I honestly believe the coat in the picture is a sample made with real fur and not what you get ( thank god for that) however I popped it on high in the dryer for 15 mins ( in 5 minute cycles) and 95% of the creases dropped out.I then got a large wide toothed comb and brushed all of the fur around the hood and sides ( the fur that lines the inside is a nice plush cosy fur and is fine) I spent around 30 mins brushing the coat and stroking it down in the right direction and it is lovely and fluffy.The fabric I would say is suitable for a light shower of rain but not a downpour , so I’ll use some waterproofing spray on it.I bought the coat 2 sizes too big and I’d say it’s come up one size too large.It looks nice for what I intended , walks on the beach and in the woods so my nice coats don’t get ruined.If you are prepared to put a bit of effort into getting the creases out and fluffing the fur up, then it’s a lovely warm good value coat.If you can’t be bothered , then don’t buy it.Great for outdoor walks with the kids.Very cosy and very warm.

Lovely coat 🧥 once I’d got the wrinkles out? Please don’t vacuum pack it. Wrecks the coat. Have lots of lovely compliments in this coat. Glad I didn’t return it as I was going to initially, due to poor packaging.

I was not sure how good this coat would be as there were some mixed reviews but I am really pleased! I have had lots of compliments.It arrived within 3 days, I put it in the tumble dryer as someone suggested and it puffed out nicely. The fur is lovely, and lines the entire coat. It’s not waterproof (I wasn’t expecting it to be) but I wore it for the first time in an awful downpour and it still kept me warm and cosy. I would definitely recommend this product.
