Kipper: Amazing Discoveries! DVD – Closed-captioned, May 3, 2005

We just recently returned from a very long road trip, and I was glad to have a few new Kipper videos on hand to make the trip a little easier. We mixed the Kipper videos in among a few other faster paced videos and it was nice to have the variety. Kipper is just a great, kind, slower paced character that all of my children enjoy. The british accents make Kipper and his friends very easy to listen to, and the nice simple graphics are fun and enjoyable to watch. Compared to many of the fast moving, over done videos out there today, Kipper is a wonderful breath of fresh air. We love him!

Kipper is a lovely sweet show for little one. We've been enjoying Kipper since my son was 5, he's now 15. His younger siblings have always enjoyed it, and now our toddler is the next. She often asks to watch "Kippa and Piggy". I do hope Amazon brings it back to Prime!

My daughter is 9, but she only had Amazing Discoveries on VHS! She wanted her collection to be complete in the dvd format, so I agreed to buy this. Kipper is the one thing from her baby & toddlerhood that her father & I are still completely supportive of. When she's 18 & ready to leave home, I suspect that each of our homes will carefully hide their Kipper stashes as proof that "once upon a time, there was a little girl..."

My 10 year old has great memories of watching this together. I now watch it with my 4 year old (started it at 3). The only annoying thing is that they all chew with their mouths open, making that annoying sound. That's just my own pet peave though. The cuteness outweighs it.

Kipper is a gental soul. Each show teaches children how to get along with friends and how to solve problems. My granddaughter loves him. I highly recommend this series for the 5 and under set. As an adult I can watch it also.

I've been playing the Kipper videos for my 3 year old granddaughter for a couple years. They're nice and calm and simple, and she loves them. The stories are gentle and the simple animation is just lovely.

Our 2 year loves it. Very well done, cute cartoon --- very welcomed in this age of over produced, special fx entertainment. Definitely glad amazon has this to offer.

Love this toon man...the best.
