All other brands of glutamine that I've tried have a bad taste, or they're difficult to dissolve. Not this one! It dissolves so quickly and easily, there's virtually no bad taste (unless you put it in water). It's great for gym days especially. My after workout soreness is decreased drastically, I can push myself to perform well and harder. Bloating is almost nonexistent anymore.The entire container last me longer than 30 days especially when I cut back to just 4.5g instead of 9g (the suggested amount), so it feels like this brand is more of a bargain than others I've tried. Highly recommend!

This is really a good health product : I have a shake with this in it almost every day ,especially after an illness really helps keep my energy level up but no hyperactivity!

I consistently work out and lift heavy weights and wanted something to help support good muscle retention and growth, and a healthy immune response. So far it seems to be working well. I haven’t had any upset stomach so far or any side effects that I notice from supplementing with this. I did measure the scooper size portion with my scale and it wasn’t accurate, or maybe my “heaping scoop” was more “heaping” than needed but it was more. So I found that I needed a level scoop to be the correct serving of 4.5-5 g.It’s also great that this is virtually tasteless. I almost always only drink water and I hate when a supplement that is supposed to be “taste free” has a terribly processed taste. I mean, these things are terribly processed but I don’t want to buy something that’s supposed to have no flavor and gag when I use it. This is barely noticeable at all. It’s the closest I’ve ever gotten to be taste free from a supplement that goes into water. But, if you over do it on the serving size, you will notice it though.I recommend this to everyone that, like me, wants to help aid their workouts and body.

Got this to go with my vitamin c powder. Actually really good stuff. I see a difference in my skin. Love it! Also the canister came all the way full and I appreciate that because with some powder supplements that isn't the case.

The product is great! I ordered my second container. Had to contact vitamin shoppe for a small issue, but they contacted me and fixed it right away. Very happy with the product - no flavors, no odors, you can add it to any smoothie or juice.

I have ulcerative colitis and,need to be very cautious about not only food but supplements as well. This glutamine is perfect as it is straight glutamine. No other artificial flavors, additives, preservatives etc, just straight glutamine and it works wonderfully. I heavily recommend.
