this product takes some time before you start seeing results but i've seen a difference and have lost about 3-4 pounds in my first bottle i don't take them every meal i usually do morning and at night although walmart sells it for cheaper amazon is convient if you don't wanna run to the store

This brand of garcinia cambogia actually helped me with appetite control, unlike other brands I wasted my money on. It worked so well for that I didn't really care about any fat burning claims and can't confirm it made a difference in that department. Along with some self discipline, it helped me lose a lot of weight (about 25 lbs) which I'm no longer stressing over. Thanks Spring Valley for another great product!

November 9, 2014:I bought this product on Friday October 31, 2014. Followed instructions, 2 capsules 3 times daily. I weighed 262 pounds, I am 6'-2", and I am an advanced senior citizen. By Saturday November 8th I was down to 254 pounds! Astonishing, 8 pounds in 8 days.I kept my normal meal regime which is indeed careful, conservative and frugal, all natural, mostly vegetables, some meat and lots of fruit. No bread, cakes sweets or soft drinks. I stopped all alcoholic beverages completely including wine.I am not working out. I do yard work, mend fences and collect leaves but only a few hours on the odd days.I feel great, sleep, like a baby, am comfortable, walk better, my handwriting has improved, the lightheadedness and nasal drips are gone, my belly fast is shrinking, my pants are loosening and my blood glucose is down to 72 low normal. The peripheral benefits are certainly apparent.Heretofore I was stuck in neutral, plateaued between 262 and 265 pounds. I tried everything for years, diets, juice fasts, strenuous gym workouts. Nothing worked for long. This Garcinia Cambogia Spring Valley really does work for me. I have never seen anything like it before.I read one review herein the person reported losing 50 pounds in 60 days. I can believe it. Others said 10 pounds in 4 months. Wanted to add Chromium to my mineral supplement, to insure maximum effectiveness of my arsenal to successfully fight off pre- diabetes readings spiking in to the low 100s. Combining it in lighter potency with a weight control helper in Garcinia Cambogia, seemed like a viable option as all Chromium only supplements caused diarrhea in my system. Alas, this combination also created the same symptoms and I had to drop Chromium from my supplement arsenal. Fortunately, Brown seaweed, Alpha Lipoic acid and Eckla Cava solved my elevated glucose levels without the aid of Chromium or Cinnamon. I take a different manufacturers Garcinia Cambognia product which contains no Chromium. If your system tolerates Chromium, then this might be a viable solution for you, though this product does NOT generate any weight loss at all without my incorporation of significant exercise.
