I had surgery to replace my C5,6 +7 in 2019. Bought this pillowand it gave me great relief while l was sleeping to relieve my neck. ONE BIG PROBLEM.....my wife liked the pillow so much she took control of it! So l just order another in a different color. One nice thing is the cover zips right off and can be thrown in the washer. Have washed it a few times and still looks like new! Also no issues with the zipper in 3+ years. Also the flexable plastic inside is nice to conform the shape of the pillow . There is enough padding in the pillow so when laying on it , you do not feel the plastic. Great pillow if you have neck pains!

When I first took this out of the box I thought there was no way I could sleep with this pillow. It seemed to be too big to be comfortable under my neck and I was sure I would feel the hard inner workings. I was very wrong!!! This pillow fit perfectly under my neck, giving just the right amount of support and I loved that I could bend it into a comfortable shape and it would stay that way. I need to sleep with my head raised and it's hard to find a pillow that will keep me comfortable all night. I have to say that this pillow helped me to have the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. I 100% recommend this pillow.

It works as billed. It took a while to tweak the bends to where I wanted but I don’t fly enough to know intuitively. I like that you can conform it to any seat. Because it bends it doesn’t like to stay in one spot once you get it adjusted but it’s definitely better than most and I’ve tried a few from the turtle to the traditional horseshoe. I’m keeping it as my go to since it has a great balance between comfort and easy of carry. It does fit inside my backpack or clipped to the outside so that is a huge plus. To many of the others are clunky to carry. This is more transportable.

Purchased as a gift for my boyfriend who suffers from aching/pain issues. The pillow is plush, but sturdy enough so that you don't feel the wire inside. The bend-ability is super useful in transforming the pillow to work for different areas of the body. My boyfriend specifically has transformed it to optimize for lower back support and then has a different arrangement for neck support! Overall a great quality pillow with a unique transformative ability!

I would like to rate this product higher, but there are too many flaws to do so. The spine inside is quite hard, like others have said, but I think that's necessary for it to hold its shape so well. I have no complaints about its flexibility and ability to hold its shape because it's quite impressive and versatile. Additionally, I really like the soft material of the cover and the beautiful deep blue color. However, the cover shrank when I washed it (line dried) so the pillow doesn't fit as well as it did right out of the box. The snap used to hold the 2 sides together is much too shallow, so it easily comes apart when you try to snap it closed - it should be replaced with a stronger snap. The biggest flaw to me is that the spine is not centered within the pillow. It's extremely close to the edge on one side, making me think the spine will bust through sooner or later. This also means there are several inches of pillow on the other side that can't be shaped which is very inconvenient and I think that feeds into the snap issue. I would rate this pillow more highly if those issues were fixed.As for utility, I originally bought this for sleeping but find I can feel the spine through it when I try to sleep. I'm not too bothered by it because I suspected that might be the case, but I also do quite a bit of traveling so I figured it would still be useful for other purposes. It's quite comfortable for everyday neck support, especially when sitting up/reclining, just not good for sleep. I think it will be good for neck support during long drives too. Overall it's a good pillow and great concept but the execution could use some work.

I bought two for the husband and I so we don’t have to use airline pillows that have been used by others. I love how it can be bent in whatever shape I need to get comfy. Small enough to carry on board the plane in my purse or my husband’s backpack. I bought our in navy blue. These will also be great for car trips when one of us is snoozing while the other drives.

It is not really functional, comfortable, nor does it help you sleep on the plane. I’m a bigger guy and this pillow was just too small for my neck. Maybe if you were smaller it would be great but it isn’t for big necks.

I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders, and have used one of those horseshoe shaped pillows you see on airplanes to sleep with for many years. As a side-sleeper, having that extra support for my neck has been critical to being able to sleep, and walk the next day.When I saw this on a travel site, I thought I'd give it a try. It's small enough in diameter that it fits my neck and shoulders perfectly. As for travel, it's worked out great. Being able to bend it into different shapes has helped me be able to actually sleep on a long-haul flight for the first time.It's kind of noisy when adjusting/bending it, but whatever is inside that makes it hold its shape is what makes that cracking sound (like of like when you crack your neck or knuckles) but only when you're getting it into the shape you need. It's so much more versatile than those horseshoe ones. And it comes with a removable, washable cover. I just threw the cover in the washing machine with a gentle cycle and it came out looking brand new.Very happy with this purchase!
