Final Edit: Trushield has come through with outstanding customer service. For people with bad experience with this product it could have been a problem with the glass being warped. It can happen. However the replacement screen worked flawlessly. I love the beveled edges on the screen. After it has been applied it is nice and smooth, not like the plastic screen protectors. If you have a premium phone, you want a premium screen protector. Trushield tempered glass delivers the premium feel.The packaging is comprehensive and well though out. Inside is the screen protector along with the installation kit. The installation kit includes directions, an alcohol swab, a microfiber cloth and a piece of sticky tape. Prior to installing the protector I watched the installation video twice to make sure that I understood and had a firm grasp on the basic idea on how to install it. I managed to get the protector installed with one small problem. A bubble that would not rub out. I simply pried up on the edge closest to the bubble and it instantly disappeared and let the screen protector go and it adhered to the screen of my phone perfectly.I will tell you that even though my first one was either warped or a botched installation, the customer service I received was quite outstanding. Not only did I get email responses after regular business hours, I was sent a replacement screen protector right away. But the customer service didn't stop there. After arriving home from an outing Sunday afternoon I found a package from Trushield on my doorstep. Sunday delivery? Yup! Unnecessary and unexpected. I was content to wait, but was pleasantly surprised to find the package on Sunday. The surprises didn't stop there. Inside I found not one replacement screen protector, but two.Well done Trushield. I wish more companies took care of their customers like this. You have earned my loyalty as a customer.DEPRICATED Review:I installed the screen protector per the instructions. One side will not adhere to the screen. No matter how much I try to press on the edge and get the glue to contact my screen it keeps coming off. It looks like it may not be flat. I have contacted customer support with Trushield. Hopefully they will send another as a replacement. If they do I will update my review with my experience with a replacement. In the meantime I will be reviewing Amazon's return policies.EDIT: After contacting Trushield customer support with my issue, I was very surprised to get a response, after regular business hours only 1 hour after I sent them a message via their contact page. That is some high quality customer service. I have been shipped a replacement screen protector. I am bumping up my rating for the outstanding customer service. I will further update when the replacement arrives.

I've had my HTC one m 8 for about a year now, thankfully I was smart enough to get a glass screen protector right away. Informally it wasn't this one. This is my fourth screen protector so fist each being a different brand. First off the shopping was super fast and the packaging ess much sturdier then others. It came in a padded pouch inside a hard plastic case vs others that would come in a pitch inside just a cardboard box which would be easier to be damaged in shipping. I didn't really need instructions being that this is the fourth one I've out on but the instruction were straight forward and easy to comprehend. It also came with a cleaning cloth, alcohol pad, and a neat little dust removal sticker that didn't come with any of the others. The dust remover made it very easy to get every spec of dust off, because even using the odd and cleaning cloth it's hard to keep all the dust off before installing the new protector. After a perfect install I tried to see how well it resisted dinner prints, after using my screen and typing this review there is still no residue in my phone witch is awesome cause I valet cars and when we are slow I use my phone to watch Netflix or Humus and it bids the crap outta me when the screen is dirty. I would highly suggest this screen to anyone who watches a lot of video oh there phone. I haven't tried to see how scratch resistant it id's just because I don't want risk it but it did seem to be a little thicker then my last one that I had for sure but I can't really tell how many microns thick something is anyway. All and all I will be buying this again if I have to cause I am really hard on my phone and until they make one out of diamond then I will eventually break it. But if your not as hard as I am on phones then this very week may be the last one you have to buy, or the first if your smart. Hope this helps you decide on getting this cause if not, you'll just buy it after going with the cheaper one that will only last a week.

Everything was going great until I dropped it from my bed and the screen cracked after hitting the side of my wooden IKEA bed. Except for that snafu, the screen was easy to install and has great clarity. I've been using the screen protector for less than a week. Not sure if the glass is either weak, or I got a faulty glass, but I don't think I'll be buying this again. I previously used a TechPro tempered glass to protect my M7 for 2 years and it held up much better.

An excellent screen protector. I've used this brand of protector in the past and it saved one of my old phones from a nasty chip to what would've been the screen, so I try to grab a screen protector for most of my phones now.The protector goes purely over the screen part of the device, not over where the speaker grills are, for anyone wondering. It was easy to apply, and I had no trouble re-adjusting it. Included cleaning supplies to prep the device are useful, and help make sure nothing gets stuck under your device's screen.Once you put the protector on, you could almost forget it's there since it's just as smooth, or even smoother than the screen on my device.The one problem with this for me is that when moving your finger from the speaker grill areas to the area the protector covers, there is a noticeable difference between surfaces and you can "feel" that it's there. I've put a dBrand skin on my One M8 since getting this, and that helps even out the difference in height.The protector is also slightly more expensive than some of the others available, but I'd overall say it's worth the price premium.+ Great protection, saved a phone in the past+ Easy application+ Smooth feel- Noticeable height difference between the screen and non-screen areas of the device- Slightly more expensive than other tempered glass screen protectorsOverall, I'd recommend it.
