I got these so i could cut and replace the thermal pads on my RTX 2080. Ever since i got i got it at load it would reach 160-180F across the board. I took the card apart to find that most of the thermal pads were incorrectly applied, broken, or just plain falling apart. I got these to but and replace now my RTX 2080 idles and performs a lot better (20-30F lower now). Highly recommend these if you need them.

Don't use this with GDDR6x. It's not worth trying to use this on GDDR6x like in the RTX3080 or 3090. It does not dissipate heat fast enough and your memory will run hot and cause shutdowns. It's probably fine with regular ddr6.
