I would order 9.5. I ordered a half size down like people on here suggested, but I should have ordered my regular size.

how long are the laces...?

60 - 63 inch lace should work. If it's a 100% nylon work boot lace you can always go with a longer lace, cut and melt the cut end with a lighter to shorten the lace.

I wore boots similar to these in the 70's. So i was excited to find these. I wear a women's 7, what size, if any would i order?

They are true to size if you are narrow then you need to adjust accordingly
