Have used this product for years to waterproof army surplus GP canvas tent we use on elk hunts in wet Oregon. Nothing works better at keeping the rain out and the roof and walls dry. One gallon is enough for our 16x32’ tent, and if the tent is properly stored during the off season, one application is good for at least 3 years. Easy to apply with pump sprayer and fan nozzle. Should be done a week or more prior to intended use while tent is erected; solvent base evaporates in one or two hot days. It also works well on heavy cotton jackets like Carhart.

I used this to waterproof my canvas commerical tent for renaissance faires.Dried quick, easy to apply ( i used a 15$ automotive spray gun from harbor freight) and, so far, so good!

Very happy with the outcome. Must be careful with it as will melt any tar and stain the canvas. Avoid the fumes, outside is best.
