Came with European Power Adapter
The printer itself is slow but good. Have owned several thru the years. Luckily my old power adapter worked with it. Seems the Europe version also does not include the start pack of ink and paper.

Unable to print, and got ink empty quickly
Waste of time and money. As I spent a lot of time printing 4x6 postcard, the printer always said the size is not correct. I repeated and tried to print, the printer worked first but the paper still remained the same. And then I got an empty ink and empty postcard still. Disappointed! I’ll return the printer.
