Super pleased with this product, I have Afro Caribbean hair, currently a blow dry and pressed out with the salon Toni & Guy range, I ordered these to maintain the look, (I’ve always had GHDS) but wanted something different, these were used on the second to lowest heat, and glides so smooth across my hair!!! Very Pleased At this point -only used once did the job :-)

Fabulous straighteners would highly recommend them I have very frizzy hair and it is straight with no frizz and only have to straighten it once. Easy to use the temperature control and it bleeps once up to desired temperature.

Love them!!! Easy to use work really well on my naturally curly hair. I’d have liked them to have the clip to keep them closed but not a huge problem. Case nice size very trendy too

It pulls out your hair and the revlon team are very rude. Do not deal with.
The product seems to work well but doesn't tell you when its at the proper heat temp. On using I found it has a major design flaw. There's a location pin highlighted in the picture that pulls out your hair. Obviously your try and get your hair between the plates but odd strands get trapped by the pin on closing and pulls at your hair. I went to return them but wasn't offered free return postage. I told them of my experience and they said its not a defect as I should be getting the hair between the plates. Like I'm not trying to? At no point did they even apologies for this happening. So I'm raising this with Amazon but Do Not buy this product or from these rude people!!

What is the notch for inside
This is my second pair of Toni & guy, not has good has the first ones, which have a lock on and don’t pull your hair.There is a black notch!! Does anyone know what it’s for? If it is a lock then this set must be faulty, otherwise I don’t see the use of it, this is dragging at my hair. I wished I’d read more of the other reviews, cause these plates are also scratched !! Poor hair straighteners and seems I’m stuck with them if I cannot return!
