Windsleeping Ergonomic Baby Carrier with Hip Seat for All Seasons

Brought this as we got a puppy mid january and from wnd of feb would be doing long dog walks, on the walk one strap gave way ans came completely out, if it wasnt for me holding one hand around her waist she would have fallen to the ground. I put it back in and the strap kept coming out in the wnd my partner made a know with both atraps. This worked but it means we cannot adjuat straps. Scary! I dont know how to rwturn this item but i wont be using it again. My daughter was 6 and half months and just 15.5lb

This baby carrier was good up until recently when I noticed that one of the front main straps is broken. Looks like the stitching came loose and then the cord started to tear. The baby is now 9kg which falls well within the stated weight range; I have worn it only ever on the front. I am just glad I noticed it and it did not snap when the baby was in it walking down a street. Not good!

I opened it as it arrived. Buttons are falling a part. I could not take the risk putting my baby in it. The Same incident happen to a customer. Check the reviews. Small pieces could risk a baby choking. I guess this has not been tested. Very upsetting.

Just recieved a Faulty product. Did not want to take the risk if one button came off what if the other mechanisms have the same. Sensible option to return it back.
