Great in the car and in bed!
Love this, really helps my post surgery broken neck. I use mine when driving, but yet tot work out how to keep in place when I turn my head. Leather seats so Velcro isn't really an option.Also use mine in bed for a while rather than a pillow. It seems to reach and add pressure where a pillow doesn't.
