The tool did not work "junk"
The first time I used it the tap BROKE the tool is junk buy from a good tool manufacturer. Waste of time and money.

excellent tool
i had a very hard time to remove a broken spark plug in my ford f150. it was number 8 spark plug which all the way in near the firewall. i ordered this tool and as usual came quick in 48 hrs. right away i started to follow the instructions to remove the broken plug. it worked excellent and took me one hour to do the job. it was the first time for me to use the tool but i believe next job will take half the time. excellent tool and i recommend it for the purpose it designed for.

No instructions included
There were no instructions included with this tool. There are no instructional videos online either. This makes it worthless. Also, when you call the support line, you will get a message saying they will call you back. It hasn’t happened yet so I’m returning it.

These tools did not work for me.
The tap screw did not work. Therefore I had to hire a professional mechanic to remove it.

This kit got my ride back rolling!
While I did have to buy additional tools due to other extinuating circumstances, this kit did exactly what it needed to do. I had been redoing spark plugs on my truck and when one broke, I wasn't able to find this kit at an Auto Zone or O'Reilly Auto Parts for sale. Auto Zone would let you rent this kit for $120!? That is renting...why not own it for that price?!
