Best Post-Run Stretch I've ever had!
I'm relatively new to running, having done my first 5k last year and slowly progressed enough to have scheduled my first 10k. The short distances I was used to (not that 6 miles is even that far) were fairly painless except for some soreness and stiffness. After running my first 6-mile training run, the recovery was less than ideal, especially with my calves. Using the foam roller I got from Walmart there was relief however it felt like I was just "mashing" already swollen muscles. A friend of mine recommended this vibrating roller, while initially skeptical I recognize the value in recovery when training. Wow! I was not prepared for the difference in quality that the vibrating function provided, instead of a "mashing" pressure, it felt more like a deep tissue massage. I've only had the product a week, but it feels strong and well built. I've recently lost some weight but I still hover around 160lbs, and this device doesn't even seem to notice I'm on top of it, excellent build quality to be sure.

AMAZING IN EVERY WAY!!
Don't hesitate to buy this thing! As an athlete, mom, and personal trainer - this thing has saved me and my clients SO much money. I used to get massages weekly, and now only need them once every two months or so. I incorporate this into my daily routine - whether it's my warm up at the gym or helps me relax before bed or throughout the day. It really helped my anxiety as well because tension doesn't build up in my body as much. This is much better than a regular foam roller. The size and shape allows it to get to harder to reach muscles, and the vibration allows it to penetrate deeper into the muscle. The vibration allows the muscle to relax more fully as well so it doesn't seem as intense or painful.I've had several of my clients purchase these as well as my family members. They've all been so pleased with their purchase!!!

Finally a solution to my back pain!!!
I never write reviews but after having such incredible relief I feel like I have to. I have suffered from middle back pain for most of my life. I have awful posture which puts strain on my mid-back. Having kids of course only made it worse. I have gotten relief from chiropractic but it is always temporary. It is also so costly and time consuming to go to the chiropractor every week. I have tried various products, from the harness that looks like a bra backwards to the posture corrector you strap around your back and knees. None have worked. I ordered the Vibe Hex Pro and honestly can not believe how much relief I have felt in just days. I am so happy! It is insanely strong, it is like going for a deep tissue massage every night. I just love it! Trust me- it works, buy it :)

Love this!
This little thing is amazing for my upper back and neck. Do I wish it was a little less expensive? Yes... but did I pay it anyway? Ya. I have been through so much trying to figure out my back pain problems. At this point itās a drop in the bucket for my wellbeing. I have also been using a larger circumference roller for my lower/upper back. But this little thing gets my trouble spot up high between my shoulder blades. I saw a review about how it was too wide for their back, that it hit their shoulder blades. If you are super tinny, that may happen. I am 5ā9 medium frame. But if you rotate your arms/shoulders forward, you can get it wear you need. It hurts! But feels like itās working. Honestly I wasnāt sure I wanted to spend so much. But the vibrate feature is super strong and really helps me relax my muscles.

It works
The vibration feature is amazing it really helps relax those muscles and get knots out. The size and shape is perfect and there's not a spot it can't get to quite easily. I rated it 3 for comfort only because if you're using any kind of roller to get rid of muscle tension and knots it's not comfortable and if it is... it's not being effective. I have Psoriatic Arthritis and it has been a real help along with a good stretching program. So far so good. Highly recommend the product

Not worth the money
I bought out of desperation for a tweaked back. I read the reviews and this looked like a godsend. So here is the thing, it is not. It would be worth it for say $25? But seriously at the price it is a rip off. Yes it has multiple speeds. It is a strong vibrating massager. However, it is so strong you can barely use it. The entire floor vibrates. It makes your teeth chatter. So no- save your money.

A āMust-Haveā if you have pain or are an active person!
I am a physical therapist (DPT) who specializes in spine and sports injuries and an athlete and I highly recommend the Vibe Roller! Hereās why: most mild to moderate injuries will heal by themselves if given the right stimulation via self massage, stretching and vibration. This is true even if the X-ray or MRI says youāre in bad shape. All of these self-treatments stimulate the natural process of healing by assisting in increasing blood flow and stimulating cellular healing. The Vibe Roller does all 3! For years Iāve been using regular foam rollers but the addition of vibration is a huge advantage. The grippy, textured surface and peanut shape easily and comfortably allows addressing the curves of the body.I could go on and on..Bottom line is, if you currently have pain and/or you are an active person, there is absolutely no question that this tool needs to be at your disposal at all times. Itāll save you many trips to a physical therapist like me! Get one now!

One word... Awesome!
I'm an avid outdoorsman, I frequent the gym and (classically) leave little to no time for stretching. This rioller was recommended to me by a friend to treat my ridiculously tight hamstrings and to help in recovery for everything else. I can say without question that I've never tried a more efficient and effective product. I bought a second unit for the office as we all sit in front of a computer too much. This thing is legendary, period.

A Brutal Vibration !
This 'Peanut' is a machine and a half! It has a ferocious vibrational capacity - best I have found!!! however there are four settings and you don't have to turn everything up to max immediately.I have found it particular useful for my back because you can lie on it and allow it to do the work.Massage helps muscles, because it helps break down adhesions and fibrous strands. I don't think most of us need this more than a couple of times a week, although Paula Radcliffe had three massages a day whilst trainingVibrational massage is the alternative to a personal masseuse - and it is a task that a machine can reasonably do, however I still think that seeing a trained masseuse does have their benefits, because of their clinical experienceA great product and does what it says on the label

Great little device for easing those aches and pains we all get from time to time
Iāve had this item a couple of weeks now and purchased it primarily to ease tightness/stiffness in my lower left back. Itās robustly built, ideally shaped and the battery life is very good. Most importantly though, it does a very good job in easing the tightness in my back. I use it from my lower back just above my glutes and gradually work my way up to my neck/top of my traps, and back down again, as many times as is needed. My spine fits nicely into the groove between either end of the āpeanutā.Iāve got a similar item which is effective but doesnāt vibrate and I do think the vibration does help with easing the tightness and releasing knots in the muscles. Iāve also used it on my lats, quads and groin areas without any issues. You just have to take your time, locate the area(s) which need attention and manoeuvre and fine tune the āpeanutāsā position and the pressure youāre applying to achieve the desired outcome. So far so good with this bit of kit. Lastly, if you think Ā£70-odd is a lot of money to pay for something like this, physios, osteopaths, acupuncturists etc can charge close to this for one session and invariably, these require multiple sessions to do whatās needed.

Need strength to hold diffrent positions .
Very happy with this , I would say it's for people under 45 , as you need strength to hold your body in diffrent positions , but it works great on my back as a pressure point and eases the pain before it turns into a bad back .
