Hurley Men's One & Only Supersuede 22" Boardshort Swimwear

This is a repeated purchase of Hurley swim trunks b/c I love the look and feel of them... They fit extremely well, look great, and have really good build quality. This pair of swim trunks is no different. The fit is spot on as usual, design is simplistic, but thought out, and is adjustable to a point.The things I like about their swim trunks (and this pair fits this mold):- Liners have always bugged me - these don't have liners in them at all. This is a plus to me. A word of warning, if you get a lighter pair (I purchased a pair of neon green once), you will unfortunately have to wear a pair of underwear or ... ahem ... you give a nice show of your "business" every time you get out of the water. Darker pairs don't suffer from this as much- I have a typical dislike for elastic-stretch swim trunks. They usually look frumpy and messy. These are NOT elastic, but the waist is comfy even when wet.- The ties are thick, but not too much so. The fabric they used is a tightly woven cotton/synthetic material that is strong, but also very durable. I've only had one issue with all pairs I've owned and that was when I dried it in the dryer and shouldn't have... it melted a very small part of it - lesson learned. I don't think I've ever had a pair of these inadvertently come untied ever.- The crotch area BEHIND the tie has a soft dark fabric liner that protects you from rubbing, but also keeps things hidden if the tie were to come undone.- They're not form fitting, but at the same time are very flattering. This is true when I weighed more (I purchased a 38" waist a few years back before losing weight) as well as right now with my 36" waist. There are no buldging in any areas, and they look great just in general.- They dry EXCEPTIONALLY quickly. I'm talking nearly bone dry in 15-20 minutes on a warm day. This decreases a bit with time due to washing, so I'd suggest allowing them to dry naturally and getting a few wears, if possible.I think the quick-drying "plus" (as well as some of the logo-ing) is unfortunately the reason you cannot machine-dry these shorts. They likely lose their effectiveness when they're dried. This said, this is probably the 5th pair I've purchased because I love them so much.A final statement - these are slightly lighter in color than they appear on the site. I still love the color, but buyer beware. It's still not a "sky blue", but just a hint lighter.

Great fit. I'm 6'1", 170, These fit me perfectly, the length falls just at my knee. I love that it has NO velcro at the closure. If you wear your board shorts... let's just say... "California Style", you will appreciate the very comfortable seams, the liner-less interior, the opacity of the material, and the lack of scratchy velcro. The fabric is light, but durable, and very comfortable. I ended up buying three different colors, these are now my summer go-to shorts.

Somewhat small and a little on the tight side and I am skinny. 6'3"175lbs. 33"waist and length. I was disappointed in the lightness of the material. I never wore them in the pool for fear of the suction cup and light material effect. The last pair of board shorts that I bought from Hurley were nice durable material. I wore them hiking and swimming, alas I lost them and wanted a pair just like them. I thought these were the ones but I guess not.

Love these shorts. My only issue was that I am a 33 waist, I ordered a 32 to make sure it was a tighter fit after they get wet. They ended up still too big and loose

I like these board shorts, but I'd probably only wear them for a slow, relaxing day at the beach. If you try to hop up on something the legs don't have much give and it can be a struggle. Also didn't like that there was only a simple back pocket. I'd prefer a side pocket, maybe big enough to hold a phone. The look of them are real nice and fit well around the waist.

Trying to get some longer shorts but these didn't work out either.And there's no shield onthe inside of these boardshorts

These Hurley shorts wear great. They are exactly as pictured and described. They do not have a liner.

Can't go wrong with Hurley board-shorts.
