I was disappointed when I didn't receive the most recent design. I got the one with a little square receiver (picture a digital camera battery) with only one button for all controls (on, off, bluetooth connect, volume) which I find confusing, especially when sleepy. The latest version featured on their website is lighter, longer and flatter with separate controls for sound.I found the sound quality to be good and it paired easily with my ipad.The "breeze" headband has a nylon/polyester feel that I don't like and it kept slipping down over my eyes. I did a redesign using my own soft cotton knit headband from the drugstore. I stitched a strip of fabric to the front and back so I goes over my head to keep if from sliding down and I made a little pouch for the receiver to sit on top of my head instead of behind. I also trimmed down the fabric squares on the earpieces so they would be smaller. After all that, it's great!

Sleepphones SB5UM Wireless Headohones, Galaxy Blue I love my Sleep Phones. I have very sensitive hearing due to a health condition and have especially had trouble sleeping during the summer due to my neighbor's (rather loud) air conditioner. I'm also a side sleeper, so I was initially worried about being comfortable with these. But after having them for a few weeks now, I am SO glad I spent the money and bought them. Listening to music (FYI: if you are a Prime member there is a LOT of FREE sleep music on the Amazon music app) helps to block out the noise and lull me to sleep. The headphones are soft and adjustable, so I can sleep on my side without a problem. And I definitely recommend the hypoallergenic fabric. Its soft and hasn't caused me to sweat a lot (which is especially nice with the heat wave this summer). It's easy to care for too; charging the battery on a USB cord provided and the headband is washable after removing the cords (I recommend putting it in a delicates bag for laundering). Now, I can sleep through the night.

The Headset is a great idea, but the battery life is very short, it only lasts about 8 hours and you have to charge. The other thing is you have to charge in the computer unless you have an extra I-pad or I-phone wall charger, it doesn't come with a wall charger. And my most major complaint, the volume does not go up loud enough. I can still hear my husband snoring and there is no other way to adjust the volume louder than about 4 clicks. But the head band itself is comfortable.

These are neat, easy to pair, and not too tight. The button configuration is easy to learn how to control the device, and I've used it several nights on a single charge. My only complaint is the control fob is a piece of stiff rubber about an inch by three inches that must go inside the band, and is a little uncomfortable to lay on (but not too bad). Helpful for blocking noise out to get to sleep. Just remember to shut them off when you wake up!

Performed okay, but slipped off of head easily and repeatedly, making it difficult to fall asleep. Would not recommend to others.Also did not succeed in solving my problem - which was noisy neighbors upstairs. Still heard them walking around every morning even with volume on full blast with various types of sounds.

I have trouble falling asleep, call me an insomniac. This product really helps. I put on nature sounds, audiobooks or just white noise and it does the trick. For years I've been taking melatonin and this is a great alternative to drugs/supplements. You would think the stories would keep me awake but it distracts my mind from wandering that I'm able to fall asleep within 15-30 mins. The design of the headphones are slim enough that you can sleep on your side without any issues. I purchased the Breeze version since I want it to be cooler. Try this product it's worth it.

I'm a big fan of the wired product but the blue tooth was not for me. First there is a large battery pack right on your forehead which is unsettling and uncomfortable. I understand that with a blue tooth product there needs to be a battery pack, but the battery on this product proved large and cumbersome, and I couldn't help but be concerned with it right next to my head. Stick with the wired in version, it's much much better

I love the SleepPhones but the bluetooth is huge, I feel like it should be quite a bit smaller than what it is. It's bulging and while it can be pushed around it's still annoying.

I ordered this a few months ago and must say it delivered what I expected from it. The headphones are confortable even for a full night session (which they must be if you are going to sleep with them). The ones I ordered don't get hot, even during summer time in Portugal (35 degrees Celsius on average). Adjusting the speakers position inside the band and keeping them correctly placed between session is a bit of a nuissance but nothing a few seconds adjusting doesn't solve. Volume is good but some noise does bleed out if you set the volume past normal. Buttons are easy to find and battery saving strategies by the manufactor work surprisingly well (if the source stops producing sound after you fall asleep, like Netflix does, the battery consuption is kept to a minimum, lasting quite some sessions). The biggest problem I have with this device is how annoying it is to charge since you must slip the charging slot to the tiny opening on the band to fit your charging cable (micro usb) since they aren't always aligned and the battery seccion is covered with a rubber layering that puts up a fight when trying to move it inside the band. If you can ignore these minor hic-ups you will have many pleasant hours of bedtime music, audiobooks, netflix or whatever rocks your listening boat.

Good product. We have progressed from the wired SleepPhones to the wireless and altho it's a big improvement not to have the wires, the fit and feel of the headband is not as nice as the fleece wired SleepPhones.

Great product. quick charge easy to use charge lasts a surprisingly long time, excellent audio for either speech or music (rock or classical) doesn't disturb partner or co-sleeping children even at highest, almost deafening volume.Very satisfied, would recommend.

really easy to use and set up . head band a little loose despite measuring but over all worth itIt does dull down the snoring too

Bought 18 months ago. Great for the the majority of the time, but one and then the other speakers / ear pieces have stopped working. Expect more from headphone at this price point.
