I was taking bamboo extract by another brand several years ago. Since then I started having major hair fall/shedding issues in the past couple of years. It recently occurred to me I haven't been taking bamboo extract supplements daily for years and so I tried to reorder the brand I had taken in the past but couldn't find them on Amazon. I found this brand for a better value and purchased these. I haven't been taking them for long so I can not yet say how they are helping my hair growth, however, I am noticing my nails suddenly growing stronger and longer after taking these for only a week. I am pleased with my purchase and will continue taking these daily.

I just received this so I will have to update any improvements at a later date.

Been taking for a few weeks now, haven't seen any difference as of yet, but I'm patient, not counting it out.

Several capsules are literally empty. Filled with nothing. I’m so upset I found 4 already these supplements are not cheap. I at least expect the product to be inside. I guess I will try to either return or contact vendor. This is more than inconvenient

I haven’t been using this long enough to see real results but so far so good. Bamboo is supposed to be very good for you.
